Purchased 3 year membership 2 years ago. No service or response available from past months for booking requests.
Denied multiple rooms at the same time although its not a part of contract anywhere, no response on any furthur requests, we have 10 nights remaining total upto 45 thousand rupees....

We purchased their travel membership 2 years ago and have 10 nights remaining. No reponse from the team, trying to reach out on mails and chat for the same. This amounts to almost 45 thousand rupees payed already....

The company representative took a sum of 18500 from credit card and didn't respond for booking and now even contact number is not working

On November 18th, I visited to inquire about the tariff charges. During my visit, I interacted with a person named Vijay (contact: [protected]) and his assistant, Archana (contact: [protected]). They presented some tour packages at the Kanishka hotel lobby and proceeded to charge Rs 18500 from my credit card. At the time of the transaction, they assured me of receiving a confirmation by Monday, but as of now, there has been no update.

I have attempted to contact them for the latest information, but unfortunately, they are not responding to my calls.

I am uncertain about the quality of service provided by your staff.

I am deeply concerned that there may be fraudulent activity associated with the name 'Club High Sky, ' potentially involving your property. If you are already aware of this situation, I would appreciate your assistance in addressing and resolving this matter promptly. It is disconcerting to think that someone might be using your name for fraudulent purposes.

We met their representative at Manali and got trapped with their very fascinating holiday scheme. After paying a hefty amount of 60k, nobody is responding to my calls or message. They have put my no. In barred list. Please help to know how I can get back my money. Now I just need the refund and cancel the membership....

On 05/04/2023, at mall road Manali, one of the representative of Club High Sky give an envelope saying its free of cost and you can get bike, Tv, Watch or a tour free of cost instantly you just have to open the envelope and we (me and my wife) took a chance and we got luck to win. but they don't let me to sketch the card. The guy said you have to attend one hour seminar as it took us 1 hour to ready your winning price. We agree with it and...

They are doing fraud at tourist places in the name of gifts..they target new married couples..they give membership of minimum 6days7nights in 17500...but at the time of booking hotel they ask more money in the name of AMC which is 9000..in that money u can book good hotel online .the are fraudsters .I want my money back plz help me..17500 is big amount for ne...

It stated when a man on street gave us a scratch card to win the prise and when we won the pice they asked us to attend some QnA session that will lead us to exciting presents like laptops, tv, etc.

We attended the session and they offered us a travel membership plans service of 70k..

Went to Manali 2 weeks before and they made a trap and made to sign the membership for tour service and made an EMI for it. When now we want to cancel the membership they are not picking the call and no response from their side.

We visited Manali on March 2022, we were unlucky & came accross this travel company called "club high sky"

It stated when a man on street gave us a scratch card to win the prise and when we won the pice they asked us to attend some QnA session that will lead us to exciting presents like laptops, tv, etc.

We attended the session and they offered us a travel membership plans service of 70k. And said you can take this membership now and when u are ready, we will start it in 15 days time. If you don't want, we will not start the membership.

Meanwhile they took our debit card just to check if the card is valid and said only 2 rupee will be deducted to activated this scheme and unknowingly they started some monthly 18k emi on my bank.

When we reach our home then we called them and said we don't want to take your services and they said we already started it and we cannot cancel it now and we have to pay it any how.

We went to our bank and the manager asked to close the account. But now the bank guys are calling and asking to pay the emi. How can we pay the amount for which we have not taken any service or any material. And all was done in a fraud manipulative environment.

Please help take action against these fraudsters and help refund my money back.
