This complain is in regards with a membership scam that is being sold to consumers in the name of 5****** vacation. At the time of taking membership, paid 80, 000 for 5 years we were informed about 3 day Free stay in Goa with complimentary breakfast, for which they dropped an email saying we need to end up paying for Breakfast and Utility Charges amount to 7200. Had purchased Club Liberty membership. Even first booking I got after repeated requests and emails and after talking to their senior. So even before getting a reservation due to bad experience I had requested them to refund my money through emails...

I have used Club Liberty Vacations for 7 times. I have used their provided benefits and all my family members enjoyed it as well. I just wanted to confirm whether some new benefits are going to be added for the members or not.
As I have called the team last month and didn't get any update on this....
