I had taken the club oxygen purple membership for 10 years in 2020, At that they have given me one promotional diamond voucher also with membership and now No Response from Customer Support and no reply of emails please help

As per the sales executives promises I have paid 1 lakh rupees and started a membership with Club oxygen. They have to provide 35 days in 5 years.

At the starting they have 6 Resorts as their own, and so many Co Connect hotels. And by this time they have closed 2 and no Co Connect features. So what am I taken these membership for?

While taking purple membership plan, they told me that i can book anytime, just before a week, and now they are telling me that i have to book before three months to get a room. People like us cannot plan our holidays before three months. So whenever i call them I cannot get rooms and my four year membership gone and I have taken less then 5 days till this day.

And for some days we cannot even contact them to book a room, because no number was available. And they are changing number too.

Right now, they are saying that I cannot book more than 7 days in a year, so that I cannot book more than 7 days and the rest 23 days are gone and I have got nothing.

Whenever I cal them they are providing a CRM number and the number is either not available or they are not picking up the call. So there is no resolution.

I lost my 1 Lakh rupees for nothing, and they are cheating customers like this. Even for the new customers they have to provide 1 Lakh for this neatless 4 resorts.

I want to get my cash back and Club Oxygen has to stop cheating people.

My Complaint detail:

I have booked my rooms at the Oxygen resort property Ooty by 2019.
Unfortunately, I was not able to have my trip due to my mother & father's demise.
I have informed your oxygen resort Employee about my absence on the same day. they have promised me to revoke my booking after my requirement
last month May 2022 i called them to revoke my room booking, But I got a surprise from your team that the booking is not valid now.

I have a question:

1. During my booking i never received such email and information about the booking validity

2. If this crossed the validity your team is supposed to send mail intimation to customers. that was missed

solution required:
1. I want My room booking to be make it valid again
2. Else i need refund of my booking amount 15000 Rs.
