1. I was initially not issued an invoice for the purchase I had made. I was told that I would get it in my email but it did not come through in the next 24 hours. So I went back to the store the next day to complain and it was only then that the shop prepared my invoice (the invoice was not readily available with the shop and it was prepared only later to my complaint). Although it may not be significant, but I will like to add here that the invoice issued is very different in its format from the invoices I got from the other CP exclusive stores in the past.

2. I have been sent promotional messages via WhatsApp by Raymond mentioning of a discount of 50% on purchase of 3 or more garments. I got one about a couple of hours before I stepped into the aforesaid showroom. But I did not get any such discount because the showroom said that they did not have any such discount policy.

3. There was a standee outside the aforesaid showroom that mentioned of certain quantum of cash discounts in accordance with the total amounts of the purchase made. My purchase was well above the qualifier (more than double of the threshold) but that again was denied by the showroom by stating that it is not applicable on the kind of garments I had purchased (he said the garments purchased were from the premium range and therefore no discount).

I had purchased few readymade garments from Colour Plus shop at Inorbit mall in Vashi. The total value was more than 10K.
Today while in the train, while sitting on my EC class chair in Mumbai Ahmedabad Tejas Express, my trouser teared off from behind and I was put in very bad situation.
This is really a bad quality of fabric that could not sustain even a year. I have taken the picture of torn pant and thrown the pant in garbage....

I had purchased a pant year ago. But used rarely niw suddenly the pant got torn without any contact with sharp object. But its not my fault. But store people are refusing to agree about poor material quality. I wonder whether it's a raymond product or not. Didn't expect such a bad quality from raymond. But store manager not at all agreeing with the fact of material.

I'm a regular customer of your product specially color plus trousers and till date i have purchased over 100 trousers. I wear sweaters and jackets of this brand only. But due to wrong fittings or stitching of length alteration from your stores recently 4 of trousers are not coming in shape while pressing after a wash. I went to your loudon street store at kolkata with one such problem and handed over a trouser in the month of april 2017 but till date i did not get any response. Just on 24 august i purchased two more trousers from delhi cannaught palace store and the same problem is being faced. I have at least 5 such trousers worth rs more than 18000/ of cost which are not in a condition to be used and all these are having mostly due to wrong cutting and stitching during length alteration. Please help as all these alterations are done at your stores only or through them only.

Initially, i've purchased a trouser rs.2595. I've raised a complaint regarding color fade out on colorplus customer support after first wash and send the garments to them. They told after 25 days like following:

"with regards to the below mail and telephonic conversation with our store staff your trousers went through a proper quality check against the complaint made, this complaint was not approved as there was no manufacturing...
