columbus shoes, signature sole pasting complain

I bought the shoe of the signature article of the columbus company, whose price is ₹ 2199, i bought it from the sugauli market on september 3, 2018, only 10 days left its sol paste now the shoe is not worth wearing, although i had a lot of faith in this brand but i did not know that it would get so bad. Letting go of pesting so soon, this company is also downhearted. Whatever solution it may be done quickly, so that customer confidence in this company. Thanks.

I amit kumar ph-[protected] i had purchased columbus shoes from dilshad garden delhi on 28/6/17 and i am regular and old user of columbes shoes. Now on 15/7/17 shoes stiches are torn and shoes is to be replaced. I visited to dealer from where i had purchased shoes and he is saying that he will repair it and do stiching but i want replacement. I had woodland also but such problem in columbus i had faced now. I was shocked...

The sandal which i brought is get damage within one year. Its wellcrom are not made up oof good quality. Sole is also get separated from upper portion. One of the bad experience with your sandals. Price is 999/- but nothing is maintains that prize. Only color is good but other things are not good. Grip is good but not in use because wellcrom are getting loose as they are not made up of good quality. Right now i am stick it with fewiquick that's why otherwise i can show you the separated base and sole of sandal. Really so upset with your sandals with wastage of my money

Manufacture defect in left side pair of shoes while wearing this side my foot get bend one side and difficult to walk .

I had purchased pair of shoes of the company Columbus from NAJAFGARH on JAN 2016. Within 7 days shoes condition is almost damage. The sole of the shoes from the side-front had open. It was used only for few days and the condition at present is very disappointing. the shoes along with this complaint. i want my shoes to be exchanged and provided with the new one...

I had purchased pair of shoes of the company Columbus from Rajasthan Patrika’s Shoe fair at Jaipur on 6th Dec 2015. Within 7 days shoes condition is almost damage. The sole of the shoes from the side-front had open. It was used only for few days and the condition at present is very disappointing. I have attached the photograph of the shoes along with this complaint. i want my shoes to be exchanged and provided with the new one.

Three days back I purchased the shoe one of the branded shop of Citizen shoe Mavadi Main Road, Rajkot next day of 18/10 shoe damage I show the shop owner but they not ready to change the same. They advice me that the company not change or not replace the same . Owner says that give me three days time to repair and give you back. This is branded company I hope only one days used shoe your company not take back.

I have purchase one pair of shoes from Chopra Boot House, Tilak Nagar on dt.23.10.2014 brand name: ARIEL, but your shoes quality is very poor because of base sole have bad condition & i have complaint to shopkeeper for repair/replacement of shoes, but shopkeeper was doing misbehave. we also inform I have use that shoes before four month, so shoes are very poor quality. I request you to please maintain good quality Shoes.

Shoes teared within 3 months

I had purchased a pair of Columbus sports shoes from B-2 shoes Galaxy, Shop no.8, Main market, Sant nagar Burari, Delhi-110084 on[protected] for Rs - 1150. After only Three and a half month the shoes has started to tear from the sides. I haven't been doing any running or jogging with these shoes. Now shopkeeper refusing to replace of pair, Although he provide one years guarantee for an any defect occurs in shoes then replace within one year period.
Shopkeeper asking for pasting in shoes rather refusing to replacing.
Please replace this shoes on urgent basis.

Poor Quality Products

I had purchased a pair of Columbus sports shoes from Tilak Nagar Market on[protected] for Rs - 1440. After only one and a half month the shoes has started to tear from the sides. I haven't been doing any running or jogging with these shoes still it has started to tear off. I want to lodge a complaint against this company for:
1. Poor quality good
2. Overcharging for the products
If I don't get a reply within 14 days of this complaint, I will be lodging a written complaint in Consumer Court for aforementioned reason along with 'ignorance against customer complaints'.
