Dear all who are seeing my comments regarding travel e point, compark e services pvt ltd & commsoft, who knows their staff address, management staff address, specially mr vikas gupta, mr. Yogsh kumar gupta /mrs.Kalpana parida and other top most persons of the families, pls provide as much as information related to them so that i can take legal action against them. compark e services pvt ltd with a trade name of commsoft owned by mr. vikas gupta and ashish kumar gupta located in gaziabad with a registered office at new delhi is a cheating company. travel e point, bus e point, and hotel e point are their utility portals created and managed by compark e services pvt. ltd. .We are also facing service related issue with Compark Group for FOUR MONTH. We have subscribed for their recharge API. They have blocked our API saying that some customer did fraud transaction using their API for Dish TV recharge whereas it is confirmed by Dish TV that the transaction and recharge is valid. I have sent them written confirmation from Dish TV but still nobody responds. We have sent a request for termination and refund but still we haven't got anything from them on this. This is really irritating and unprofessional behavior that they don't respond to their clients or even revert on mails. Sustainability and growth is a major concern for this company when providing such type of service and they have some strong competition like Eurone, Egpay, OxyCash, Paytm etc.I deposited sbi account no-[protected]. dated 7-8-2013 &8-8-2013 rupees 50,[protected] +25000) and 25000 cash. total 75000and 1000 have been paid. I communicated so many times with the company representatives for the same both by phone as well as by E-mails but to my surprise their was never any satisfactory reply. I would like to know that if they call it a business then why they make the Distributors & Agents to suffer. I have totally lost my faith on their system & the way they respond to any query.
