I have ordered two pairs of shoes on 5th of July. The payment was successful via Google Pay as the money had been debited from my account. However for some unknown reasons they have cancelled my order. My order number was:[protected] and PayU ID was: [protected]. I have been trying to get in touch with them via emails, chat and phone calls yet no response. I would like a full refund for the same.

I ordered something from this company on 12th of april and its 20th april today however i have still not received any updates via text or mail thru them, however on this delivery site it says that the order has been already delivered on 19th, and the order was placed on 15th, it was a prepaid order. When i am trying to contact the to delivery company they are asking me to verify my provided number and when i am doing so they say that it’s incorrect, but its not incorrect, they are showing a unknown number saying you entered this number even tho I didn’t, i have also been trying to contact converse india through mail continuously but they are not responding as well, i texted them on instagram and they didn’t respond there as well, i dont know if they got my order mixed up with someone else’s order in surat or these people are straight up scammers

I have placed an order for [Kids Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Shoreline Low Top Sneakers Black India (FOMW07362)]
Size - UK 2.5 on the 3rd of Nov and the order (Order #44b[protected] still reflects as pending.
This purchase was made for my son's first birthday which is on the 26th of November. I wanted the first shoes I got for him to be Chucks and I had to save up for months to make this purchase.

Kindly help me get my order confirmed or have my money returned back to me so I can make other arrangements.

Converse India is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes from the Converse India website. However, the website is fake. The website only accepts money via a Mastercard and only if you enable foreign payments. My money was deducted and there has been no update. I spoke with the Converse US helpline and they told me that Converse has no presence in India. There has been no update for my shoes and even the email I received after registering was from a fake account.

The website is made to look like the official Converse India site - https://www.converseindia.co.in/
I have tried to contact them multiple times fater payment but they haven't been replying. I then contacted Converse US and they have said that there is no Converse India website. The website has used the converse logo and has represented itself as an official website when it is not.
