Our tv video not play sound only came display not on display completely blocked I already inform your area incharge but he is not resbance I already complaint register date-27.07.21 but problem not sloved

THE PROBLEM OF THE TV WAS STARTED WITH PANEL ON 09.10.2020 AT 22000 HRS. I FOUND THAT PANEL HAVING PROBLEM. i COMPLAINED TO THEM BY E-MAIL AND COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED. THE REMINDER ALSO SENT BUT NO WRITTEN ANSWER RECEIVED FROM THEM YET.
REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.
THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE BILL, THE WARRANTEE CARD AND THE PROBLEM WITH TV IS ATTACHED WITH THIS

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have not received any feed back of the below mentioned letter, which was sent to you on 09.10.2020. According to your warranty terms and condition, Item No.5:- 1 year comprehensive warranty including Panel is covered from the date of purchase.

Hope you will take action quickly as I am having difficulty to enjoy TV program during this Covid Condition. As a Senior Citizen, request you take quick action by acknowledging the letter at least.

I have bought COOCAA TV, Model: 32S3U / 19C[protected], which was delivered on 17.06.2000 at Kolkata - 700046 area through Flipkart. TV was working fine till today . Around 2200 hrs. TV screen some part turned white . sound and other part is good.
Attaching with this the invoice and a photograph of the screen, which may help you to understand the situation.
