As the project was started in 2011 with a promise of delivering it by 2013, but the construction photographs actually depict that its no where close to construction, Apart from this also the recent news made me in panic and want to know if any of the investors in Cosmic Corporate Park have got any promising...

Cosmic Corporate park is complete fraud as the same land on which they are selling their project with fresh bookings had already been sold 3-4 yrs back in the name of ARN Infrastructures. Check the website of ARN Infrastructures the globus corporate park they are showing is the same which Cosmic is selling...How can it be possible that same project is with 2 infrastructure companies. The address is Plot No.10, Techzone, Yamuna Expressway.......

Cosmic Park is a Fraud
Cosmic Structure is selling office space at Plot no.10 Tech Zone, Greater Noida. This plot belongs to ARN infrastructure, and they have already sold the flats, shops and offices to hundreds of investors. The name of the project was Globus Business Park.

Cosmic is selling the same offices again by the name of Cosmic Corporate Park. This is complete FRAUD.
