COSMIC Structures — Cosmic Park is a Fraud

Cosmic Structure is selling office space at Plot no.10 Tech Zone, Greater Noida. This plot belongs to ARN infrastructure, and they have already sold the flats, shops and offices to hundreds of investors. The name of the project was Globus Business Park.

Cosmic is selling the same offices again by the name of Cosmic Park. This is complete FRAUD.

You may check websites of both the projects. You will see same address and same design. Only difference is in names of the projects.

Investors Beware. Be very careful.

we have to take stay and stop construction by another builder cosmic because we are the actual owners of that land and they are reselling this, why government is not coming in mid of this they have to see that what is going on, and how a builder is making fool and selling one plot so many times

Cosmic corporate park is trying to take all the investors money away .Cosmic structures is a new company and is helping hands of ARN group. Even they didn't dare to change the directors and few of the directors of Cosmic group is same as ARN (globus business park which is now cosmic business park) ..

There is no doubt that COSMIC Corporate Park is a big fraud and will soon flew away with investors Money!!!

I completely disagree cosmic is a completely independent company and is selling the office space in the project which has not been sold to any costumer. costumers have been sold globus galleria and globus residency where construction will start in sometime. Cosmic is neither developing nor selling these project they are developing and selling IT Park. which has not been sold.

Can you please explain in detail why you disagree and what is this issue all about. I believe you are realated to Cosmic. Can you please explain the issue for clarity of all investors. This is a serious issue and I think the Company should respond boldly to this.

REAL GAIN IS THE COMPANY WHICH HAS DONE FRAUD WHICH IS NOW OPERATING IN THE NAME OF EARTH INFRASTRUCTURES. THESE GUYS DID MISLEADING AND WRONG SELLING. I HAVE SEEN LOT OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE EMPLOYEES OF EARTH/REAL GAIN FOR THEIR WRONG DEEDS.
COSMIC IS ONLY SELLING OFFICE SPACE WHICH HAS NEITHER BEEN SOLD NOR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH INVESTORS OF FLATS AND COMMERCIAL SHOPS ETC. LET US NOT UNNECESSARILY PROPOGATE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT IN TRUE NATURE.

Please dont forget that the Director of Cosmic Mr. Mutreja has come from the marketing wing of Earth Infrastructure only.

Cosmic Structures Limited has no connection with any fraud it is a fair company...I have personally invested in their project and could see and feel the kind of work these guys are working...the construction is going on full speed and am sure I will get the possession as promised by Cosmic Structures Limited.

These guys do not have any connection with any Earth Infrastructure or any other real estate company...these guys are independent...and genuine.

It is a fact that to get knowledge and gain experience one need to work first before stating their own business...same is the case with Mr. Sushant Muttreja...he might have worked with Earth Infrastructure but now he has started his own company which is completely independent and very professional.

The company is been run by group of professionals from different fields. So rest assure about the honesty of the company.

Mr. Ajay, please do not worry about your investments...rest assure you will get the possession of your property on time. Please don't go with bad words from so called fraud and fake name Savita or any other user who has registered wrong complaint against Cosmic.

If they would have to fraud the company would have not started their project.

Thanks for the post. I was thinking of doing some investment here but then i saw this post. I have no way to know if it is genuine or fraud. Have a question or request to those investors who have already put some investment in this property, can't we sue the players here. Someone has to come forward.

The recent News on IT Park Location Site Sealed for the misuse of Water may turn to be shocking for many investors with Cosmic Group, who actually invested in the Project, Cosmic Corporate Park, Greater Noida. Although the company is managed by Mr Sushant Muttreja as Director having a very strong track record as shown in company's website, but the news will also be a shocking fact for the company as till date they were unable to deliver any project and the project mentioned was their first project started back in 2011 and was scheduled to be delivered in 2013/14. Although at the construction front the project was almost at a sleeping phase with just a few photographs showing elementary digging work going on till date, but now it will be a worrying fact for the investors, who actually were awaiting for the promising returns on their invested money. Even at the company's end there was no promising comment of justification on their website, media appearance or on social networks, where they are managing their brand image but nothing to promise for their investors.
So investors can keep their fingers crossed and wait for the company to respond or justify and either give them some promising response or at-least in terms of the refund to them.

Indian Real Estate, both are going too unpredictable now a days with developers using unfair practices and branding strategies ot promote their projects and lure investors.

Wonder how in these circumstances Cosmic Group will deliver Cosmic Corporate Park Project...

i am an investor in cosmic structure. i bought its new project. the seller and the boss himself approached me after taking appointment. I thought the boss can’t be a lair. but both of them hid crucial info from me. The villa and studio apartment they sold me is not going to be completed before 7 years. and when I closely analyzed them I came to know that their 1st project is still in 1st floor completion after 4 years . they sell their space on face value and heavy advertisement. the head of cosmic is such an hole that he thinks he can make anyone fool. they are going to run away with the money in next 2 years. they all are building a huge money piles . if they would have ever been interested to build a project they would have completed till now. all investors are been blindly fooled. their Rishikesh project is quality is so cheap that a crore rupees prices seems 20 times more. not even 5% sold an they tell me that they have sold 80%. They sell their same plot to many investors.. their virtual space is also been sold to 10 different investors the same plot. they just launch parties to hunt more full investors. they have huge hidden charges, like car parking, maintained and even after 2 years they re planning to raise ether price of the sold unit so that they can steal more money from investors.

The building that they claim they have built in Gurgaon is not their when I visited it was someone else’s plot. which they don’t let the investor know. their buildings are also very poorly made that it seems they eat all the money of the investor. if the building is of 1 crs they make it in 10 lakhs.

The projects that they claim that they have built is actually of some other builder and constructors. Saala these are rascal fake people. they just invent tricks to loot people.

Please investors don't give wings to these builders who only know how to build their own home with passion. Now i have demanded my money back and will be investing in other known groups who has delivered projects with result.
