They are different companies and Cosmic Group is an absolute clean entity lead by Hardcore professionals. they have a dispute-less
long delivery history. Cosmic Group is developing Cosmic Corporate Park which is an office space project in Plot No 10, this is a clearly demarcated different project as this plot also has residential and commercial offerings which are being marketed and developed by ARN Infrastructures Ltd.

Not even an Inch of office space has ever been sold by ARN or Real gains. these are two absolutely different projects with demarcated different lands.

Both Companies have different directors and I have personally confirmed that not even a single shareholder is common between the two.

Cosmic group is doing fraud, because this plot is belong to ARN group and the project name was Globus business park, which was Total sold by Different Brokers in year 2009.
Initially Arn sold Studio Apartment's & also IT spaces with Assured Return concepts.But the Returns on Investments not given by company. The Company is Reselling With new brand Is Cosmic group.
Both the Company directors are Differents, So Be care full All Investors.
Utter Pardesh government has to see this fraud to save lots of peopled hard earned money.
Please join hands to stop builder fraud.

Its not about just Cosmic Group, if you search for Commercial Projects in Noida, Cosmic, Imperia, Earth Infrastructures, ARN Infrastructures and some more names will appear with Assured Returns, Bank Guarantee, Best Location and Series of Awards for their Projects, but negative side of this reputation comes when you find complaints related to fraud and dis-satisfaction on any of their projects.
Managing Web content and Comment is trend of today, where both negative and positive comments can be adjusted and manipulated. So this will keep on confusing the investor as long as the companies are not really going to deliver their commitments. In most of complaints, I've found the positive revert from company representative just says to contact on phone or email, why cant the public justification to complaint cant be posted by them if everything is clear and transparent.

Am really surprised with this type of Promotion by Company: Blog name says Imperia Structures Complaints and it only posts Promotions by Company, just to override the Complaints in search results:

Earth Infrastucture Joined the same Leage ... ARN was sold by real gains which is entity of Earth infra structures...They are not worth ...and if someone saying that arn and cosmic land are different so why image of the project in arn website which was shown in arn website few years ago is similar which is shown in cosmic website now...
Root cause is Earth Infrastructure ... they are non supportive once they have sold properyy to you non-coperative always go for good company with good track record

If you thinking to invest in such property then think, 20 time,

1) This Company is highly unprofessional staffs, What they will commit will never going to be happen.

2) So called assured return cheque are always bounced as mentioned above many user / Inverters, and now they have
mentioned they have asked EFT, from last 5 months they never transfer money,

3) There is not BRM / Manager to whom you can as to look in problem, whenever you try to reach Company contact they are never working (which means fraud company some property deals used Cosmic Grp Pune and you can find these Fraud details on net.)

4) If you will try to think to sale the Property then you will surprised the you have buy this 15 Lakh cost in 45. which means you got cheated in buying this Property, By some local dealers.
5) If your trying to resale, then Company will ask you to pay 75% payment and after that you’re lucky then you have to find buyers in the MKT.

6)I have invested some 25 L, for which i am worried day and night.

7) Project performance is poor or you can say not even started, every day they will give new drama, Contractor has run but work is going to start.

8) And If you go on some Money investment site then you will find the Company is not bound to build this project on any time duration, So they can build this project in may be 20 to 30 years also.

Open Question :

Where is the developer giving a 12% return? : where bank cant give 9.5%

What is the guarantee that the post-dated cheques will not bounce?

What is Status of the Projects ?

Company All Net domain has been expired.

Kotak Bank has stopped giving Bank garantee for there project, Is they are bank Croupt ??

What company has moved there Office from 16 Sector to 4 Sector, Which Harola.

So is there a regulator overseeing this promise?

They have also turned out to be fraud. No response from company and no assured return since April 2015. Even project construction also seems to be held up at corporate park sector 140 Noida.
