Warranty not honored by cosmicbyte
I recently placed an order for a CB-GK-16 keyboard from the Cosmicbyte Store on Amazon. After 4 months, the keyboard stopped functioning, and Cosmicbyte is not honoring the claim. I will not be recommending this product to anyone

Bad Quality product Selling
I purchased two identical same mechanical keyboards from cosmicbyte.
With in 5 months both the keyboards gave same problem, first of all they dont have any customer service outlet and after complaining they give me solution that I have to send the keyboard to them via courier than they will check it will take 10-12 days of time and then they will decide what to is that a joke, the price for the keyboards were 1500 ruppes we are freelance web and software developer we cannot stop our production for that, if only one keyboard was problem i through that and can bought other, thats fine but both the keyboards have same issue, thats means they are doing the scam with low quality products. and they knew that with this kind after sale service nobody going to give that much effort and they did the profit its pure scam

Ordered the keyboard a month ago and recently a few days back Led light on 1 row started flickering. I updated them that I have a flight to catch and need an immediate replacement but these guys are pathetic, not responding timely on emails, their toll-free number is dead every single time I call with different numbers. I have a flight on the 12th and I submitted them faulty keyboard on the 6th evening as per FedEx courier[protected]. I...
