Bought their 3 year gold membership worth rupees 45000. Now they are either not picking up any calls or when they pick up, they are not booking any hotel. I need my money refunded. They are operating fraudulently and surprisingly no one has taken them to court. What i am least expecting from them is to simply return my money.. N nothing else.. But as for now they are denying it, n not even considering where they falls......

We bought a travel package worth 2 lakh 30 thousand . They offered several perks and none were fulfilled. They promised 5 star hotels now we have beg even for a 3 star hotel. They do not even reply to mails unless you call then tons of time. Refund of money is farsighted but atleast they should provide decent services. This is just a huge scam. These people steal hard earned money of people and restrict us to take actions citing their scammed...

I had bought a holiday gold package of rs.1, 40, 000 for 10 years on april 9th, 2019. But when i went for booking a hotel in singapore they started charging extra amount which was discussed nowhere in the membership seminar. They had shown me so many perks also but now they are denying for everything. Now their executive stopped replying my calls and emails.
I m feeling cheated and trying to get my refund.
Please help me in...
