Courtyard Holidays met me on 5th Jan 2022 for possible Holiday Destinations at Rs93000. They provided the Contact address as:212, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate Ph-3.

This was Charged to IDFC Credit Card. They sent a mail of this offer document. The Number provided does not work now.[protected]. The CIN number is U63000DL2019PTC354336 of this company.

    Wanted to highlight our concern for non-response cum performance & false commitments made by the Courtyard team against Holiday package bought from the organization, with other serious concern also against customer service delivery: -

    We bought a Hotel package on dated 23/10/2021 vide Package ID CHWGN6158 (10 years).

    Have mentioned below various instances where we faced serious service issues from Company’s end:

    · We wanted to plan a trip to Dubai during Christmas holidays i.e., from 23rd Dec to 27th Dec 2021 for which we started communication with Sales team (Mr Manthan - who sold such package - But no resposnse over phone) - Thereafter we sent a mail to the team on 30th Oct 2021. Till 6th Nov 2021 we didn’t get any appropriate revert regarding the package/booking options / Property at Palm Jumeirah island (which has been specifically assured from sales team while selling such package) etc.

    On 6th Nov 2021 (after 6 Days), team reverted that we need to change the dates since these dates are blocked.

    (This was specifically asked before purchasing the package that any date will not be a problem including such peak days)

    This was the first incident where we have been cheated by the Courtyard team with a false commitment that peak dates (New year/Christmas/Valentine) will never be a problem.

    · During this tenure of waiting for revert from the Courtyard team (from 30th Oct 2021 to 6th Nov 2021) we tried contacting the sales team (Mr. Manthan / Mr. Akshit Kakkar ) multiple times but they never responded.

    · We tried connecting the Sales Team even after that revert of date change to clarify from the Sales Team but no one responded.

    · Later we visited their Okhla Office on 11th Nov 2021 to meet the concerned person and sort this out. There we met Ms. Urvashi Das (Customer Care Head) and explained our problem to which she said that they will revert within 24hrs. We made a written complaint on the same but didn’t get any revert even after that. We tried connecting to her over a call (contact number mentioned over the visiting card) but surprisingly that was the wrong number.

    This is really strange & unethical that the Customer Care Head is providing her visiting card with wrong contact details.

    · By this time, we were so frustrated that we wanted our money to get refunded. Hence, wrote again to their team 14th Nov 2021 for the same. But no response over email/ call. We kept on sending regular reminders but no one had the courtesy to respond to a customer.

    · On 20th Nov 2021, we visited their Okhla office again but failed to even meet Ms. Urvashi Das or any other Customer Care person. Hence, we made an entry at the register and came back.

    · Till today we are awaiting any revert from their Customer Care Team.

    · On 28th Nov 2021, we again tried to get another booking at a domestic location “Rishikesh”, and again booking was not initiated stating the hotel is not available whereas the property was available on other portals.

    · On 30th Nov'21 & 1st Dec'21, We got reply that our case was transferred to the senior department & they will arrange a call with seniors but all assurance were just in talks - No action till yet,

    · While selling package - They didn't specify that Breakfast not included - Post purchase confirmation recd from their team on call that No Breakfast included in package at our properties,

    · Lastly, Package Cost as Finalized was 1, 50, 000/- (including finance cost). While at the time of payment, Card swipe was done for Rs. 1, 40, 000 & they mentioned Rs. 10, 000 will be the finance cost but actual Finance cost is 14, 022 - which is again an excess charge of Rs. 4022 from the team - Now they are saying to write to reservation team for such.

    There have been multiple instances wherein we have faced service issues and high level of Negligence, Dis-satisfaction and nobody has come up for resolution.

    We feel cheated by their representatives (Sales & Customer Service team) & this type of customer service wasn’t at all expected in this industry.

    We would appreciate to opt out ourselves from such package & issue us the package refund amounting INR 150000/-

    We look forward to resolution to our refund issue at earliest.

      Hi Sir/Ma’am,

      I want to register a complaint regarding the 40, 000 Rs refund I required from Courtyard Holiday World Private Ltd.

      I received as call on 23nd Jul, 2021 that I been selected for holiday offer from courtyard and I need to reach Le Meridian hotel to receive the offer. I asked if it is essential to take the package, is it mandatory. They told me not mandatory, so I reached there along with my family at 1900 Hrs on 24th Jul, 2021. After reaching there Mr. Sunny and Mr. Gajendra Singh briefed for 1 and half hour about the holiday package they were providing. Below are some of the highlights.

      1. Holiday package cost is 80000 Rs, in which I need to pay 40000 Rs now and rest later on.
      2. Package is valid for 2 Adult+ 2 Kids.
      3. With this package I can go with multiple room booking.
      4. If I need to book any hotel/resort from Courtyard for any other guest/friend I will be given 50% discount.
      5. Neemrana Fort is included in package, in fact the first property they show to lure us Neemrana Fort.
      6. I will be given free ride with each visit for 100-200m KM
      7. Package is valid for 5 years + 3 years(extra)
      And the list goes on…..

      After briefing all these deals, they forced me to pay the amount instantly. I asked we need to think about it and give us as day time but they mentioned package is for that day only. Then I told I have not enough money that day and I can pay the amount after reaching home. They forced me to pay some amount instantly and rest after reaching home. So I had to pay 10000 Rs on the same day and rest 30000 Rs next day. I asked Mr. Gajendra for terms and condition which he promised to provide me but till now I have not received.
      After paying the amount of 40000 Rs reservation team told me that they allow kids below 5 years with this package and if I carry kid 5+ years old I need to pay 1000 Rs+ GST. I asked Gajendra why he didn’t inform me earlier as one my kid is already 4+ years old. Then he told me he will take care of it and I do not need to pay the amount. But after some days he told me age limit is 6 years and I need to pay 1000 Rs + GST. With no option left there I agreed on that point.
      On 23 August I sent email to Reservation team to book a room in Neemrana fort and after continuously following up for more than 5 days they informed me Neemrana Fort is not included in their package. I told reservation team that Neemrana fort was shown to me at the briefing on 24th Jul, 2021. I take this matter with Mr. Gajendra Singh and he told me this property might remove from their list. Here again I had to compromise.
      On 5th Sept I asked reservation to provide me properties list in Jim Corbett. Then I asked them to book 2 room for me and my family for 2nd Oct till 5th Oct. I asked them to book 2 rooms approx. one month earlier. Here reservation team told me that I can get only one room and second room only if they have available. So for other room they asked me to pay amount. I asked for amount I need to pay for second room and they told me price is 3300 Rs per day. I asked for 50 % discount as promised by their sales representative. Reservation team here told me they can provide 5-10 % discount only. I had to cancel my booking here.

      Again, I sent email on 19th Sept to reservation team to book 2 rooms in Jaipur for 30th Oct till 1st Nov, this time approx. 40 prior to schedule date. Again, they told they have only one room available and they cannot provide second room. Second rooms is based on availability.

      With this I asked reservation and Customer care team to cancel my membership and pay my 40, 000 Rs refund as I do not want to go with their package with so many lies, I have been told. Customer care asked me to talk to sales representative for refund. I talk to Mr. Gajendra and after hearing my problem he told me to mail customer care team for refund. I follow up with customer care and they refuse to return me the amount stated that they do not have refund policy. They told me I have sign the document. But I signed the document based on the package and deals their representative told me.

      Request you to please help me here in getting my hard-earned money. I have been following up with customer care on phone and mails but these guys are not returning my money. I am from middle class family and 40, 000 Rs is a very big amount from me. I am facing mentally pressure because of the call and emails I am following up with Courtyard team. With no other option left I am raising the complaint here in hope of getting my money back. I have attached some of the mail screenshot and WhatsApp chat I had with Sales representative.

      I say we file a lawsuit. I am a new victim and i am sure there are a few others too. What do you say?

        My husband and i were given a voucher at pvr cinemas mg road gurgaon, invited to attend a 1 hour meeting on 12th jan at effotel hotel, gurgaon, under the pretext of a 2 day 3 n guranteed hotel voucher and to understand the membership and offers by courtyard holiday world.

        While thankfully we decided not to take the membership as the whole presentation felt like a money making scam, the representatives offered us to try out the services using the voucher provided.

        As per the terms and condition mentioned on their voucher, the reservation for 2 nights can be done within 15 working days prior notification.

        On 18th jan, i requested for hotel options for jim corbett, delhi and shimla for 1st feb but i was denied options saying none are available.

        This was within the 15 day requirement as per t&c, yet i was denied options.

        I requested to share the dates on which hotels are available in jim corbett, shimla, delhi but i was denied the same saying they cannot share so.

        Then on 26th jan, i requested options for jim corbett, shimla and delhi for 22nd feb, i was again denied saying they cannot provide options for weekend and i am to suggest weekday dates.

        This condition is not mentioned on the voucher.

        Now on 22nd feb, i again asked for options for jim corbett and shimla for check in on 4th april and i have again been denied to share options saying they can only provide options within 15 working days.

        However the first time around i had requested for options within 15 working days, and my request was denied at that point as well.

        It seems like the team is dilly dallying and not interested in helping us redeem the voucher.

        I would like to question this behavior as a claim was made by the company;s representative to get us to attend their 1 hour presentation and while we have attended their presentation by making our own travel arrangements and time etc, the company is denying service as it promised and using tactics to avoid redemption.
        Infact i went for a movie at pvr cinemas mg road yesterday 21st feb and i saw that couryard hotel representatives are still selling the voucher in the movie hall and claiming holiday voucher redemption when clearly it is a lie.

        This is misleading the consumers at multiple levels and should not be allowed as a practice.

        Please either help me redeem my voucher or stop misleading the consumers like this as action must be taken against them.
