Courtyard Holidays World Pvt Ltd has cheated us by selling holiday package at higher price on a false presentation made by them that they have tie ups with Luxury 5 star properties across India such as Leela Palace Udaipur, Fairmont Jaipur, ITC Rajputana and many more and showing attractive package deal in advance which we later found, while booking our holidays, that no such tie ups exists and besides they made us sign agreement which states that the package is non refundable.

We had the meeting with marketing team of this company on dated 09-Nov-2020, in Effotel hotel gurgaon.
There we met Mr Nivas Karn ([protected])and Mr Vivek the manager.They explained us about the scheme and it's benefits.The amount of joining was not affordable so we deny to join.Then they offer us to join for trial holidays of one week in a year by depositing rs 20000.At very instant we joined their trial package and submit a sum of Rs 20000.They assured us that we would receive a welcome kit within one month of joining.But no kit is received.We tried to contact but no response from their side.Even if we contact their customer care they say we get back to you after enquiring but no phone calls are received.If we try to contact their number becomes engaged.I am sharing all the phone numbers from which we received calls to join their events even after denying many times.Even when we mailed them frequently regarding refund we receive no reply from their ends
