Hello 1 month ago I ordered a T-shirt and it was shown as delivered after 3 days, then I called the customer care because xyz has happened and they told me to wait and get the product in 2 days.
I waited for 3 days but still I did not get any money then I called customer care again after that time they gave me refund but till date it has been 1 month still I have not got refund or my product.

Coutloot is a scammer, I'm a seller there and today after fulfilling my orders they just blocked me . No one is responding. My money is stuck in that account, they say to buy promotion plan and then said they will release my cashout, but after so many days waiting I got nothing my money is stucked in there account, I got blocked now I can't even open that app . After mailing, I'm getting only automated bot messages. They are cheaters, they force you to buy promotion plans of 999 and managers plan of 4999 just to earn there money and if seller refuse to take it they just simply blocked them . I mean what the heck is wrong with these screwed minds. I'm a student and right now my exams are coming, I told them that after taking promotion plan I will get more orders and right now I'm not at a stage to fulfill orders but still they forced that if I want my cashout fast then I have to take it and then today they blocked me. Also my RTO products are stucked which was coming back to me. They are scammers. I'm going to file a case against them in Mumbai civil court. Strict action should be taken otherwise small seller will loose all his lifetime earnings.

Coutlot provideing incentive for successfull delivered orders .. i delivered too many orders but i didnt receieved any incentive from coutllot they are makeing full of customers ...

Coutloot is an app that allows people to sell thier used clothes/accessories/electronics
I have sold 4-6 items till date, but my last item (a dress) was sold for 430/- rs and the company is refusing to pay me that money saying that i need to "register for GST" to be able to receive that money.
1. If the app is for selling used products then how can someone have GST?
2. If GST is mandatory why did they not tell me before i sold it.

I am constantly texting all of thier executives but they are just saying :money will be transfered soon."
no one is giving me a date
this has been going on since 6/01/2022

kindly help in either
1. Getting my money (rs 430/-)
or
2. Ask the company to return the dress i sold.
I cannot be the one at loss here.

The app is taking high commission and additional shipping charges and after selling items they have blocked my profile and now all my earnings they are not returning.
Instead blocked my profile.
They advertise saying people to sell their used items and now even asking GST.
For individuals who cater to housewife, low earning people who are selling their used items which were bought after paying GST to government then how come an individual without any business get GST for a mere amounts of 3000 a year earning in Coutloot. Infact coutloot is earning interest day by day on the amount which we pay to buy or sell items.

The most unprofessional and unethical app o have ever seen, I paid 999 for promotion in this app, but never got the service just a 3rd class fraud app

But the thing is when they try to delever me am not available hence the same resend back to origin to seller hence they not even issuing refund kindly help

This is my second complaint against Coutloot. As their name, they are actually behaving like looters. My orders are getting cancelled regularly and they are demanding Govt I'd for returning of my own product in the name of POD. I asked them to provide POD on mail or whatsapp or sms. But they are intentionally harassing me and forcing me to provide Voter ID or Adhaar which is not safe to provide just for a delivery proof. I am not feeling safe with Coutloot so I cannot provide my Govt I'd to them. Earlier I confirmed on their Customer care no about this issue with Mr. Waqar and Mr. Hitesh also, they told me that their no need to present Govt I'd. After this confirmation I restarted my work with Coutloot but immediately after 1st RTO Same issue occurs.
I talked to Abhishek, the Floor manager, about the whole issue but he spooled my time, energy and mind but no solution can be provided. Last time he lied to me that this is not Coutloot's policy but while delivery he found guilty when I come to know by Courier guy that Coutloot has instructed them to do so.
Kindly look into this issue and help me to have my product back.

I want to complain about a selling App "Coutloot". They are acting as a mediator between sellers and consumers. I am active as a Seller on Coutloot. I am facing extremely pathetic service by Coutloot since months and my product is stucked in Coutloot since last 25-30 days. They are not returning my product. I called and talked in their call centre several times but no improvement can b seen.Nobody is capable to resolve the issue, they are just passing day by day and befooling the customers. The whole scene is:
21/2/2021: One of my product sold on Coutloot,
3/3/2021: Estimated delivery date as per Coutloot
5/3/2021: I got a massage that "buyer cancelled the order" so it will return by RTO process.
16/3/2021:, I got a call by pick up boy from Express bees courier service and he asked me to send my Adhaar to deliver the product which sounds strange that why is he asking my adhaar for a delivery. When asked he said he need it to acknowledge as POD. I refused to give my ID so he said " then I won't deliver your product". After this I am continuously talking to Coutloot customer care team and requesting to solve the issue but no progress till today. I talked to Ravina and Abhishek, Not a single person is helpful in Coutloot. They all have wasted my time and I am still waiting for my own product to get back.
Kindly help me to get my product back soon. Due to this I lost my order for the same product too, So kindly penalise Coutloot for this loss (Loss Amount is 250/-)

Besides this, my 6 to 7 order cancelled regularly due to poor logistics of Coutloot. I tried my best and had patient but now all limit crossed. Kindly help me !

I ordered a product from coutloot the product was damaged so i returned it the product is already delivered to them but i got no refund i called them many times they just assure me that i'll get refund from end of the day but still no refund its been a month now its a fraud company order id cl1521507

I sold my mobile through coutloot company on 18/11/19 and that product pickup by dotzot and after 3/12/19 I didn't get any information about my mobile I contacted in coutloot and dtdc-dotzot
They said it's damaged later on its stolen
It's worth 8200 I sold this mobile
No one is taking responsibility and giving claim
Coutloot saying dotzot not responsive and dotzot saying we return the product to shipper it's seal broken and screen damage in transit
Coutloot saying dotzot not giving response
It's been more than 15 days no response I lost my mobile and not get any claim

I tejsvi kedia ordered a top from your coutloot site and i am not satisfied with that product and i wanted to return that return i called many times in coutloot but there is no response.in the company's return policy it is clearly written that product can be returned within 48 hours but my return was not accepted from the company. I called the delivery boy but he said they can't take the product back. I called in customer help and support no. But there is no response. Coutloot is such a fraud company. They all are fraud.
