I orderd a back cover of Samsung galaxy a52s but the back cover is not suitable for my phone.so i return the product and still no refund credited in my account.

Purchased the cover of Samsung S10e but it did not fit, so the complaint was filed on the same day but no response was received till now.

Product didn't deliver to me.

Order placed but the product didn't get delivered

I have order my 3 covers before 11 days & Always when I ask they're blaming transportation services and always tell me that my order will deliver on next week. I want my money back which is RS. 893 and please fill a biggest complaint on this Coverscart for making customers fools.

I had recently ordered a mobile back cover for samsung galaxy j7maxfor coverscart.com and the piece i received is faulty. It does not cit the handset properly. It costed me 399 rs. But when i requested for return through the websites return form there was no reply. I mailed them on their given email still no reply. Their phone number given in "contact us" is also not being attended. What kind of fraud or service is this? What can be done now?

I had placed a order from coverscart.com and I got the order confirmation. how ever after 2 hours they called me and told me that COD facility is not available in Kerala, It wasted my two hours and I already had promised my little sister that I will gift her a surprise, Now I cant find it any where. My complaint might sound funny but personally i m hurt I would like to ask the coverscart that they should do something with website which can immediatly inform the customer if COD is not available at my pincode or any other pincode And they should not defend them, self by saying My phone was off, It my phone It my choice.
