I was order my cover last month end. I only received order number. still now I did not get any information my order.

I have been order an cover for mobile i did not get it and when i send email to them they blocked me

I was order my cover last month end. I only received order number. still now I did not get any information my order.

I have ordered phone case of worth 349. It shows order no 1396791 and order is processing. They said it would be delivered in 6-9 working days but not able to track the same. I want my phonecase or refund of my money.

I ordered a phone cover a week ago, also made payment in advance but havnt recieved any info regarding the product .also the tracking id they gave me shows invalid msg when i fill it in their website .

I placed an order for 2 mobile covers worth 300/- on jan 22nd, 2020. The eta was 7 days.

There is no status update on the order, and when i try to track, the site says no record. I called them up and they informed the delivery will be on 11th feb. I wanted to cancel my order but the person declined to refund my money saying that only the company has the authority to cancel the order.

My order number is 501835.

Please help.
