I ordered the notes from this site and till now I got no confirmation from there side

I have placed an order on 23 of January and since the website is showing your order is on hold despite of payment is already completed.
I don’t know what is wrong with their website that they haven’t put even right contact information. And the only means of contact is their maid id On which they are not responding.
I am tired of this and that is why i am complaining.
Do something about it atleast give me an answer on website or leave a mail.
That your order is preparing or we are dispatching it soon.
It is the 7th day and according to your policy i would have get my product since then
Would i get my product, or i have paid to just a fraud

I ordered SSC JE Mains(CIVIL) Book and paid for the book throught Phonepay 2 days back, but still i could not get any mail from the website nor tracking address. I'm attaching the Phonepay transaction details for information only

I haven’t received may product (order number 5684) which was placed on 8th November. It was a prepaid order. I have tried to reach them on phone but mobile number mentioned on site is invalid as well as on email but no one replied to me. Kindly help me.
