Ordered 2 piece of suits worth rs 4100/- but once payment confirmed, they stop replying nor call. I want my refund

I bought a saree but did not receive it. I had asked for cancellation and refund but they are not responding. I need my money back.

Always late in responding. now stopped relying as well. ordered a dress on 21st June and there is no update on it ever since. Have been asking and no reply at all. No respect towards customers

I ordered a anarkali and i paid it online but i didnt got any respond after that . and i messages them in watsapp too for the tracking id but i didnt got any reposnse . i orderd the dress in instagram...

I had ordered my dress on 15th May.. They asked to do the payment online as they they are ensuring safety measures due to covid ... now I m not finding that page on Instagram nor they are replying on answering call ...

I ordered a black embroidered Anarkali on29th April 2021 of Rs. 1649 which was delivered during lockdown and the quality was very cheap . i contacted Craftslore and i got a reply as under:

"NO REFUNDS. However, We have an easy exchange procedure 1. Ship the old product back to our address within three days of recieving the product by DTDC courier 2. Send us a courier receipt picture of dtdc of the product sent back by you through...

I ordered my lehnga in March 2020 and paid in advance in full. After which lockdown happened and they said to msg after lockdown which I did and since then they are not replying to any of my msg. They said they will not refund me the money. But it’s been a year my lehnga is not delivered. They are scammers.

I ordered 1700 cloth and they sent me pathetic cloth and when I asked for refund they denied it. They said we can exchange and they are seeking for 150 rs more. This is fraud clothing company please stop this sight

Hi, I have ordered a lehanga from craftslore and they asked me to pay for online payment for an extra discount I paid them 1950 for that but have not received my parcel yet and they have shared the fake tracking details as well.
Now they are not responding my msgs please ban such pages where these people are irritating their customers by not responding and making fraud by taking their money.

I order if a lehanga worth’s Rs 2550 . They sent me a suit of 1900 rs . When I asked them to exchange they didn’t reply. I have texted them many time but no rply from them.

Did not receive my order. It has been a long time. They dont answer the call or reply to the messages. Such a horrible costumer service. I ordered dress from instagram named as craftslore.

I have ordered a dress & i recieved an absolutely cheap quality dress & they are not even replying back for exchange ! Never buy a dress from them!

I've ordered a dress from craftslore. I got the dress but it is of different material what i was told about. They've told that the dress will be same as describe in the photo. Now I want to return the dress and easy return policy was mentioned. I've been asking them for return process but I'm not getting any revert. I text them on what's app, their number is either switched off or busy, they're not picking up what's app call and even I've mailed them but revert at all.
Please help to resolve this.

I ordered a dress in craftlore instagram, i paid the money also but still i didn't get my order or money back. I had texted them last night that i want the order or cash back but they didn't respond.whenever i ask they are telling that it is on the way. It's been more than 10 days I have ordered, and they told me that i will get my order within 7 working days

I ordered 1 dress from craftslore instagram site. The product that i have received was very cheap quality material. They didn't agree to refund the money. So i asked for exchange but didn't get any response from them. This supplier usually prefers dealing on whats app only. I paid amount via google pay and got confirmation of payment n order on whats app only. I tried to connect on call with them but they don't respond to calls.

My daughter bought unstitched dress from this seller after looking at the photo displayed by craftslore on instagram.
After which the product received was defective and of a cheap quality. The seller usually deals on whats app number - [protected]. On informing them about the product they say there is no refund. It seems the seller is fraud.
How can we take strict action against such seller so that she doesn't trap any more innocent buyers.

I ordered a lehenga from craftslore (Instagram page) worth rs 1650, a grey ruffle lehenga and i was delivered a cheap dark pink cheap silk lehenga.

I ordered a dress from the craftslore (Instagram site) run by jiya, phn no[protected] and its price is 2000 rs through whatsapp and instagram and paid cash to them. As i got the parcel the product quality is so cheap. So i told them i don't want to keep this product. They told me send the parcel back to them and in exchange i can order some other dress from there site. I send the parcel back to them on 5 th march itself n send recipt also. After that i countiously message them but they won't reply for next the15 days. Then i told them i'm going to make complaint against them they replied and told me choose another dress from their site but i don't want to buy any thing from as they not replying until i warned them. After that also they not replying me properly n whenever they replied i told me to choose the dress. After arguing about a month i'm agree with them opt for another dress n now they told me choose something lesser than the 2000 (Ie cost of privious dress) otherwise i have to pay extra 1000 rs to them. I already paid 2000 rs to them and the courier charges is also paid by me. I am really frusted with them they not giving my money back n continuously asked for the choose the lesser price dress.
