I have not taken a single amount of loan. But the following alligator has sended the message( see the attached photo). Kindly resolve it as soon as possible....

Hi, There is one unknown Crazy Bee Personal loan affecting my Cibil score very badly. I'm not even take that loan and I'm not aware of this.
Kindly please close this issue (loan) ASAP. I tried many ways to reach Crazy Bee but there is no luck in that.
Resolve this issue or else I raise a complaint on RBI.

Without my consent crazybee transferred amount which doesnt have sanction letter, no agreement.

And also Without my consent amount is rs 1204 disbursee twice stating that 2000 and 2000 loan amount issued( I.e total amount loan they telling 4000 but issued only 2408) and not provided loan agreement.

so I cant agree and please provide the solution.

And also I will ready to pay there transferred amount of 1204+1204 = 2408.

Kindly help this.
