This is the site which is having it's website named CRDO .,

Mainly promoting about Matrix PowerWatch 2 @4.5 USD

And making fraud and scam message on transaction of amount on payment .

Deduction from my acc 13k rs

I bought a watch for 1 US penny with free shipping. They took $58.17 out of my card and it never said anywhere it was more than 1 penny. 3 hours later I see they claimed to take $52.66 but they really took $58.17. it's been 12 days and my bank still hasn't given me the money back.
I have written 15 messages and no response from CRDO.

After seeing in FB, I ordered for the watch, they deducted 5000rs from my credit card, but still I didn't receive the product, its a fake site promoted by FB,
We should lodge a complaint against FB for adversting such fake company's.

CALL CUSTOMER CARE TO BLOCK THE CARD for block card and take complaint number from them, File FRI with supporting documents as as screenshots, sms, transition Statement etc, then visit bank branch to inform to concern, submit cordholder dispute form with FRI copy, and other supporting documents.
Apply for new card and other services by filling form.

I want to cancel my order which I booked from CRDO, the cost of watch is 0.01 dollar, but the amount was deducted from credit card 8000 .Pls help me . I want to cancel my order .

Same happened to me... Better facebook and instagram stopping this type fraud websites publishing their websites.. So please report facebook to stop this type of ads. Atleast it helps others to safe.
Another website also there for "bose" but they are faked ones.

Ask your bank to stop payments you haven't done anything. Your bank can stop this and will reverse the payment on written complaint

Ordered watch having price less but got charged very high price without getting the product

please call the bank immediately and request for reversal of this transaction. and block the card asap.
soon after few days, bank will ask u to submit a dispute form and police (cyber cell in your city) complaint copy regarding this fraud through registered email.

Same here amount deducted. Its been more than a month neither received product nor refund. Its a scam.

There are other sites as well flashed on facebook from different promoters selling CRDO promo products. The offered promotional product prices are too good to be true. Please don't share your card details as your money will be siphoned off and the account security will be compromised. BEWARE!!

I got feeds from Facebook regarding product POWER WATCH2 from online store CRDO.. Now I came to know it is a scam

I too lost my money for the same... But i received a parcel from them but it is not the watch something else a ladies jewelry item which is not worth for me...

and i got tempted into buying 3 matrix watches and in the process entered into an order that mentioned that i will be charged 0.03 dollars + 2.9 dollars for shipping
- too good to be true, right ?

and then for some reason, the order receipt said 50 dollars which included 47.79 dollars in tax. This was already a fraud because there was no mention of taxes earlier

it doesnt stop there. i saw 2 transactions on my credit card that was in some unknown currency and when my bank statement came a few days later, it was for about 9000 rupees or $120.

i let myself be defrauded and i have myself to blame

but this site is clearly fraudulent. i dont expect my order to be delivered either.

I too cheated by them. June 3rd I order a watch and they charged rupees 9740 from my account still I didnt receive my money back and product. Anyone know how to refund the amount. Kindly let me know the procedure

Even i was cheated by this site in the name clothesagora.club.

Two orders has been placed with my knowledge. Amount has been debited twice, but one order is in payment succeeded status ans another one in payment pending.

Totaly i have been charges 8760 INR. I contacted the live chat and they confirmed that i will get refund before july 13.

But there were no email confirmation for placing the order or the request to cancel it.

Does any one got refund so far? Or have u disputed this transaction in your credit card and got this amount back?

Please help me with your experience

Been a prey of this scam myself. How can we get our money back? Any leads would be appreciated.
