I paid Rs 900/- for video consultation with cardiologist in Manipal. Initially they sent me an SMS confirming video appointment. Later they called and said this is not possible.

A few days later Manipal directly sent me an SMS saying the same doctor gives video consultation and to pay them directly.

They are refusing to refund my money.

Credit health is pathetic. Worst experience. I took an appointment with Dr. Shelly Batra from Batra hospital based in Delhi. It has been 3 weeks since I am following up. The said CONSULT NOW as if the doctor is available. Have taken full payment. No call, I have followed up many times. Then one fine day they said that based on your instruction we have canceled your appointment please share alternative dates. How is that possible, No one called me for an appointment. No message No email. They only book and they cancel. I immediately send them an email and tried speaking with their ignorant representative. No manners to talk. i have all the voice recordings. No concern, the idea is just to make money. The last representative was acting rude h disconnected my call. I called again and informed him about the voice recording, suddenly started talking in decent way for some time. He promised to refund the money but it has been 8 days after the last call, no refund, no message no email. I have written many emails to their support email id. They don't have any decency to reply. Its a big fraud. Very soon will take legal action them.

I was told that first dr ready teammate will talk then after dr nageshwar ready will give the treatment.but only dr rohit talk me and no prescription i received till now

Seriously these people have no sense at all.. From 3 days i was having breathing problem, thought of visiting dr. Malathi manipal hospital, bangalore.. These guys have told me # doctor is not available for 2days and have given me 3rd day appointment.. 7-8 remainders from their side for online payment and 2-3 call confirmation and then allotted a slot after online payment.. When i visited hospital that # # (Dr. Shivilinga swamy) had some emergency and he is off for the day.. He don't even have sense to inform earlier after receiving payment through online.. Didn't even informed hospital about this.. Am i a fool here?? Because of these blady irresponsibility people i have suffered for 3days, visiting that hospital is also a waste of time for me.. Instead i would have gone to other hospital earlier if they would have informed.. Reference id:1136280.. These # people didn't track what have happened even when i called and don't know how to track even when i provided each and every information.. Even if i don't get my refund it's fine for me.. But i need to file a complaint at integrity issue on behalf of credihealth, that doctor and hospital everything..
