Credit Card Fraud Complaints & Reviews

Hi there, I got call from sbi credit card department which shows geniune mobile number (had blue tick on Truecaller) and they ask me to download anydesk app and getting access of my device by saying CPP service is activated on your credit card. So they made payment of 30300/- to housing.com from my credit card. After that they cut the call and immediately i called sbi credit card complaint center but they did not do anything from my side... [protected] this is the number which I get call from...

Sir today morning 23.05.2020 i received a call from [protected] @ 07:24am. Asking about credit card details & when i refused asked about his details he started use abusive words. Please take action on person & block the mobile sim.

Dear sir/madam,

My icici credit card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3011) was attempted for unauthorised transaction on 30th october 2017.

The transaction was attempted on ideamoney for an amount of rs. 4879.

The fraudsters pretended to be from icici credit card department and were calling me for transferring some payback points to my account as cash and wanted to know the otp that was sent to my registered phone number. I was shocked to know that they already had much of my details.

I was called from three different numbers as mentioned below:

+91-[protected]

Please take an action against those frauds. I did not fall into their trap, however this is happening for many other customers and they are suffering with thewho may fall prey to their scam.

At around 12.50pm today a call came from [protected] number. The person said he calling from delhi. He asking me for my credit cards details for adding some offers. When I denied & threat him as he is trying to fraud me; his tone changed and he said call the commissioner of police, no body can do nothing. As from your site I previously benifited so I register this Complain here. I hope u will do some progressive job.

I am getting repetitive fraud calls regarding credit cards and all. I don't know how my information is getting leaked to them but last call in this regard was from Santosh Jha [protected]. I would like to file a complaint with Cyber Crime Cell as well.
