Discount on digital payment for fuel purchase.

Sir/Madam,
It is to mention that the discount of 0.75% on purchase of fuel digitally is not being regularly passed on to the subscribers. Sometime it is being reversed after 3-4 months showing as excess credit. Although it is a meager amount but duping in each transaction it will accumulated to a huge sum. The fuel pump owners in U.P. have been caught for cheating to the purchasers and petrol pumps are closed. It seems that some huge fraud is in progress to dupe the Government money which to be passed to the customers. In petrol scam there was more than 200 crore annual fraud done by the petrol pump owners. In the same way the special discount scheme of the Government of India will face a big fraud.

Getting calls regarding credit card though we don't have the same

Now a days, I am getting very frequent calls to check my credit card usage. When I ask which credit card you guys are talking about they do not give any answer.
Yesterday 09th November, 2015; I got a call from +91-[protected] and a lady was inquiring about my wife. When I said this is not her number and how did you get this number. She said they got this number from my wife's credit card profile. I was surprised because my wife doesn't have any credit card.
On asking which credit card you are referring to and questioning; she just disconnected the call and later I was not able to call that number back. This is now a days very frequent that we keep getting calls and looks all these are spam.
Yesterday 09th November, 2015; I got a call from +91-[protected] and a lady was inquiring about my wife. When I said this is not her number and how did you get this number. unable to talk customer care

I am trying to contact ur customer care from my last 8 precious days from day to night for some querries about my credit cards.....but i m unable to talk with ur representative. the IVR always said that ur call will be answered within 4 or 6 minutes, even i waited for 10mints bt there was no response from you.... so i[censored] r reading this complain pls do a call to me....

Dear Sir,
I have applied for a two wheeler loan. But it had been rejected due to low cibel score.I came to know that
there is a writeoff of one of the credit cards.
Please suggest me how i will be able to know about the exact reason and the particulars of the credit card that has been written off.
as i had a few credit cards when i was in hyderabad but i have closed all of them.
Requesting for your early reply.

Dear sir/Madam,
First of all am not sure how good is this site in actioning certain complaints, i would like to bring to your notice that i ve had couple of credit cards in the past and have made payments to the max that i can and now am not working for the past couple of years due to which i happen to change my residence and was not in a position to make payments to these banks. Today after an year the bank people have somehow got hold of me and not only me but they have started to call up and harras my friends asking about me. This isn't fair and my friends haven't commited any mistakes nor they have signed gurantor for me. They seem to have tracked my old phone no and got all the incoming and outgoing details and have started to bother my friends a lot in quite frequent intervals and i guess this is illegal on their part
One of the no's from which frequent calls are coming is [protected]
I need some advice and if possible some action to be taken to harras innocent people.

Credit Card — Clear my name from CIBIL
Dear Sir / Madam,I have been facing problems while applying for loans or credit cards that my name appears as defaulter on the CBIL site.
As far as my knowledge goes i had an outstanding issue with Citibank on the credit card payment against which I had got it cleared & have e-mail communiaction from them that my outstanding is zero, inspite of the same my name appears as defaulter on the CBIL site.
Request you to please advice the procedure to clear my name from the same.

I am really shocked at the customer care person attitude
I am mohan T.V holding ABN Amro credit card (No. [protected]) this is regarding the call from customer care for the recovery of abusive calls from customer care for ABN Ambro credit card payment. they are not even ready to listen my point that i am paying the amount by cheque before my due date i issued the chequ of 28 march 2010 but amount debited on my account 7 April only, but still the customer care person, (Phone Number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]) was in on mood to talk politely and started threatening and abusing (which i dont preter to mentions as is too filthy
this call was from delhi (Phone Number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]) on 7,8,9 Apral 2010, so i requests you to see in this matter and i expect no more such calls from your side , so i am going to complaint this matter to RBI, MRTP etc if justice not given to me

Hello sir,I get calls time and again from the credit card companies to make payment for credit cards on behalf of a person who was living at my address.
but now that person is not living here anymore. i and my family has told the customer services and also the credit card agencies that the person is not here anymore.
but they call again and again and disturb us, how can i stop them from calling to my residence number and trouble us

DELISTING FROM CIBIL DEFAULTERS LIST
i had settled my deutsche bank & barclay bank credit card outstanding in 2009 since i could not pay the same because of market slowdown & financial crunch.now all my new loan applications,credit card applications get rejected from the banks reason being poor record in CIBIL.i want to know way out to get delisted from CIBIL defaulters list & improve my credit record. Will i ever get a new loan,credit card or i am branded as DEFAULTER for lifetime ???

How to get out of CIBIL defaulter list
How to get out of CIBIL defauler list
Hello Sir/Madam,
I just want to know if there is any chance or way to make my name out of the defaulters list in CIBIL. I made full payament of my credit card bills two mothns before and got NO Dues letters also from Banks which were pending from 2008 due to bad financial position.
But still my name is relecting in CIBIL. As per Bank comitment they have to remove the name from CIBIL with 60 days after after getting the whole payment.
I made the whole payment and asked Bank to closed the card permanently so that nothing would relect in future.
SO, I request you to help me with a way, advise or suggestion (if any) to make my name out of CIBIL's defaulters list for ever.
I would appreciate if you can please help me with the best solution or reply to my problem.

axis bank walo ki ek bahot badi galti hai woh log acche insan ko chor samajhte hai aur chor ko accha samajhte hai yeh saraser galat hai hum acchi tarha jante hai imtiyaz umar bhut accha insan hai phir ap logon ne aisa kiyon kare altaf majid hara ek difolter banda hai jisne axis bank ke 3 credit cards kha gaya aur totaly banks ko hazam kar gaya ap log acche customer se na insafi mat karo

updating CIBIL Report

I Nawal Sabharwal born on[protected], having PAN No. AJMPS 3432 M, residing at 6-3-597/12, Venkataramana Colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad 500 004, residence telephone No.[protected] and my Office Address is 5-3-989, Sherza Estate Cellar, Nizam Shahi Road, Hyderabad 500 001 and the Office Telephone No. is[protected].
I had used two Credit Cards mainly from HSBC and ICICI Bank Ltd.
I had contacted HSBC Bank on Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad and informed them that I would like to pay my complete dues in my Credit Card No. [protected] and they informed me the total outstanding in the mentioned credit card amounts to Rs. 12910/- payable in cash before 12th February, 2007 and the entire amount was paid on 9th February 2007.
Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at 5-9-2, JVL Towers, Saifabad, Hyderabad on 20th June, 2007 and they informed me the total outstanding on my Credit Card No. [protected] amounts to Rs. 22534/- and the same has been paid on 20th June, 2007.
Also an outstanding amount is being reflected in regard to ICICI Bank Ltd. My Personal Loan A/c No. LPHYD[protected] in the CIBIL Report, the same has been totally cleared and closed by paying Rs. 84677/- for which the Cash Receipt No.[protected], dt. 19th May, 2009 is receieved. Also I have received the No Dues Certificate dt. 28th May, 2009.
Inspite of me paying 100% as per their demand these accounts are being shown as outright settlement in my CIBIL report. And this has dropped my credibility. Kindly verify from the above two mentioned banks and update my CIBIL Report as early as possible as I have paid my 100% dues to them. Awaiting for an favourable reply at the earliest.

Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at Vishwakarma Arcade, Surat and they informed me the total outstanding on my EMI Credit Card No. [protected] amounts to Rs. 14184/- but I am regularly paying Rs.1000/- as minimum amount.
Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at Vishwakarma Arcade, Surat and they informed me the total outstanding on my Credit Card No. [protected] amounts to Rs. 19727/- which has been coverted to emi scheme for 24 months in which I have already paid for six months and even regularly paying Rs.1340/- as minimum amount.
Inspite of me paying regularly as per their demand these accounts are being shown as outright settlement in my CIBIL report. And this has dropped my credibility. Kindly verify from the above two mentioned banks and update my CIBIL Report as early as possible . Awaiting for an favourable reply at the earliest.

Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at Vishwakarma Arcade, Surat and they informed me the total outstanding on my EMI Credit Card No. [protected] amounts to Rs. 14184/- but I am regularly paying Rs.1000/- as minimum amount.
Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at Vishwakarma Arcade, Surat and they informed me the total outstanding on my Credit Card No. [protected] amounts to Rs. 19727/- which has been coverted to emi scheme for 24 months in which I have already paid for six months and even regularly paying Rs.1340/- as minimum amount.
Inspite of me paying regularly as per their demand these accounts are being shown as outright settlement in my CIBIL report. And this has dropped my credibility. Kindly verify from the above two mentioned banks and update my CIBIL Report as early as possible . Awaiting for an favourable reply at the earliest.

Private Banks misusing powers of posting individuals as defaulters with CIBIL
1. Apathetic attitude of Public Sector Bank i.e. State Bank of India towards applications under Right to Information Act. SBI openly fluting RBI guidelines.
2. Spiteful behavior and vindictive attitude of Private Bank (ICICI) in misuse of powers in listing people as defaulters with CIBIL (Credit Information Beau rue of India Ltd) without any reason.
3. Crux of the case
a) Private Bank issues a credit card in 2005 without the customers knowledge. The card is never received or used by the customer, the customer has neither applied for the same. After one year the Bank starts issuing Bills. After protracted correspondence and registered letters by the customer threatening legal action, the Bank reverses the Bills. But the officials of the Bank in an act of vengeance put the customer on the list of defaulter with Credit Information Bureau India Ltd (CIBIL).
b) Customer is unaware of this applies for a credit card with a Public Sector Bank i.e State Bank of India. The Bank rejects the application based on the information shared by member banks with CIBIL.
c) State bank of India replies to the customer that the decision of not issuing a card to him is a business decision but does not gives the real reason of rejection. The customer has protracted correspondence with Bank but of no avail.
d) Customer approaches Banking Ombudsman who replies that the non issuance of credit card does not fall within their purview.
e) The customer sends an application under RTI to State Bank of India but they stick to their earlier stand and do not divulge the reasons for non-issue of card.
f) Customer approached Central information commissioner who state that the Commission has held in one of its judgment that SBI Cards and Payments Services Ltd falls within the definition of Public Authority u/S 2 (h) of RTI Act, 2005 and should establish its own RTI regime or the parent Bank, i.e SBI should cover through their RTI set up. However the said judgment of the Hon’ble Commission has been stayed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court hence the matter is sub-judice.
g) Directs the customer the approach SBI cards and Payment Services limited in accordance to the judgment of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. And if the customer is not satisfied with reply of CPIO and Appellate Authority of that organization they may approach the commission.
h) Apart from flouting RTI, State Bank of India is also flouting the RBI instructions to Banks vide circular No RBI/[protected]/280 DBOD. No Lef. BC65/09/07.005/2006-07 dated March 6 2007 under para 5 of the circular
5) On a review, it has been decided that in case of all categories of loans irrespective of any threshold limits, including credit card application, banks/FI’s should convey in writing the main reason/reasons which in the opinion of the Bank/FI have led to rejection of the loan applications.
The rejection of the application has put the customer in great shock and disappointment and his financial creditability has come to stake. The fact that he has been posted as defaulter under all India List without any reason is a matter of great shame, now what are the avenues left for the customer either to bear with it that he is a broke and defaulter or fight for his right. Unlesss SBI gives in writing the reasons for rejection of application the customer cannot sue the Bank who has posted him as defaulter

You have did the reversal for two times only..But you have charged over limit fee three times & that third Over limit fee I had requested you for reversal.OK !!!
I hope you understand, I would like to request you to do the needful for reversal of Rs.500/- ASAP.
One more request please increase my credit limit to 25000/-Since I am your old customer & associate with ICICI Bank...
