They sold yearly holiday packages and took 1:5 lakhs from me promising 4 & 5 star hotel stays but now when I am sending enquiry they are not responding to mails or phone calls. Please take action against them so they don't dupe more clients like this.
These people scammed many people fake promises and non cancellation policy is also rubbish.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Creekinn Holidays World Pvt Ltd ( CIN No. U63000DL2019PTC354336 and Its Registration Number is 354336, Its email address is [protected]@creekinnholidaysworld.com, [protected]@courtyardholidaysworld.com & [protected]@creekinnholidaysworld.com and its registered address is Building No. 212, Second floor, Okhla, New Delhi-110020) for engaging in fraudulent and cheating practices. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, they have failed to address my concerns and fulfill their promises. I kindly request your intervention and assistance in this matter. Details of the complaint:-
1. On 23rd Oct 2020, I entered into a holiday package agreement of one week for ten years on payment of Rs One lakh twenty thousands (₹ 1, 20, 000.00) with Courtyard Holidays World Pvt. Ltd., represented by Mr. Vansh Thakur & his teammates. The package promised several benefits, which were discussed during the booking process but not included in the confirmation email sent by Creekinn Holidays World. These benefits include: (a.) 100% confirmed availability of accommodation at any domestic resort within 15 days and international resorts within 1 month throughout the year, even during peak periods. (b.) An Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of Rs 8, 000, which remains fixed for 10 years and is payable only when availing holidays. (c.) Travel desk benefits with only fuel charges to be paid. (d.) Special discounts upto 50% on round-trip air tickets. (e.) Free use of resort facilities, such as swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, etc. (f.) Flexible dining options, including kitchen services with a cook/chef provided (customer pays only for raw materials), buffet breakfast at Rs 499, 40-50% discount on other food items, and free fun dining during holidays on special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays. Then I have sent an email to Mr Vansh thakur and [protected]@creekinnholidaysworld.com requesting for the attachment on email or cancellation of my membership and refund of the full Amount.
2. Furthermore, I sent an email to Creekinn Holidays World requesting vacation booking assistance for specific dates in July 2021, but they have failed to provide the necessary information and support. I did not receive any confirmation email for the booking, booking number and website is not working for online booking.
3. I have conducted online research and discovered numerous complaints from other customers regarding Creekinn Holidays World's failure to provide bookings on requested dates and delays in the booking process, and not returning booking amount which further substantiates my concerns and justifies my request for a refund.
4. Given the circumstances, I kindly request the following actions from the Consumer Court:
(a) Investigate the fraudulent and cheating practices of Creekinn Holidays World Pvt Ltd.
(b) Ensure that Creekinn Holidays World refunds the full amount of Rs 1, 20, 000.00, paid by us on 23rd October 2020 vide invoice No.[protected] dated 24 Oct 2020 using my SBI Bank credit card.
(c) Impose appropriate penalties and sanctions on Creekinn Holidays World to prevent them from continuing these fraudulent practices and deceiving other customers.
(d) Provide necessary guidance and support to assist in the resolution of this matter.
I have attached copies of the relevant emails and documentation for your reference. I trust in the Consumer Court's commitment to upholding consumer rights and providing justice in such matters. I look forward to your prompt attention to this complaint and a favourable resolution.

Creekinn FRAUD - Jan 2024
We have paid 80k to become a member of Courtyards/Creekinn .It's been 3 years now since then we haven't utilized any of the properties. The old team members Nadeem & Team have promised us that they will provide us very good properties which are 4+ star rated. Worst service from Courtyards/Creekinn. NO ONE PICKS THE CALL AS WELL...Toll free number is not reachable.
And as per agreement given to us the AMC is mentioned as 8k ! with 7 days stay And that too with very good properties!
3 days back we have requested the reservation team to share us the property. They have given the worst hotel to us which is 2* rated and rent of the hotel option which they have given is itself 2k/Day in booking apps and that too we have requested for only 3 days.!! If we give 8k amc for this cheap hotel then where are those 80k amount which we gave to them !!
We could not even connect with any of your customer service staffs via phone as well... PLEASE DONT FALL INTO TRAP... FRAUD CREEKINN.

These benefits include: (a.) 100% confirmed availability of accommodation at any domestic resort within one week and international resorts within two weeks throughout the year, even during peak periods. (b.) An Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of Rs 8, 000, which remains fixed for 10 years and is payable only when availing holidays. (c.) Travel desk benefits with only fuel charges to be paid. (d.) Special discounts of 30% on round-trip air tickets. (e.) Free use of resort facilities, such as swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, etc. (f.) Flexible dining options, including kitchen services with a cook/chef provided (customer pays only for raw materials), buffet breakfast at Rs 499, 40-50% discount on other food items, and free fun dining during holidays on special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays. Subsequently, on Mon 01 Aug 2022 at 5:54 PM, when did not received attachment on email than I sent an email to Creekinn Holidays World requesting the cancellation and refund of my membership amount due to the failure to receive the promised benefits in writing. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Creekinn Holidays World's customer support and Mr. Vansh Thakur, there has been no response or resolution provided. I did not receive my permanent customer id and agreements copy till now.
3. Furthermore, on 30 Jun 2023, I sent an email to Creekinn Holidays World requesting vacation booking assistance for specific dates in July 2023, but they have failed to provide the necessary information and support. I did not receive any confirmation email for the booking, booking number and website is not working for online booking.
4. I have conducted online research and discovered numerous complaints from other customers regarding Creekinn Holidays World's failure to provide bookings on requested dates and delays in the booking process, and not returning booking amount which further substantiates my concerns and justifies my request for a refund.

Need membership amount back as Creekinn has scammed us

Creekinn or rather Courtyard Holidays has scammed many people including us. Their website is fake with no updates in information. Their customer care number never works. They are always sold out even when booking requests are made one month prior. And they never provided any 5-star hotels as promised.
They have literally fooled us. We want our membership money to be refunded. Please let us know what documents are needed to initiate this complaint.

They have taken Rs 85000/- for providing Bookings in five star Hotels but they are not providing booking. Alway they give option of Cheap 3 star hotels and tjat too last momemt they say that its sold out.

I have purchased membership in[protected] for 21 nights. At that time they showed us five star property with luxurious stay. Within this time period they provide only 2 nights. They are not dealing on phone, the only medium to contact them is through mail. Even after so many mails they are not providing bookings with their vague excuses. I had asked for hotel reservation against my package 6 times in last 18 months but they always denied for one reason or other. they have not inventory of rooms in any property, They are making fool of people by giving false promises and freebies at the time of sign up of contract. We took the membership from Creekinn Holidays (formerly known as Courtyard Holidays World) in 2021. They invited us in Le Meridien, Gurgaon to attend their promotional event with Dinner. They told us all the famous 4-5 star hotel chains like courtyard marriott, Hyatt, Crowne Plaza etc are covered under the membership which we believed thinking they are part of Courtyard group of hotels which is a mistake a lot of people has already made.
We were given a on the table offer of 20 weeks holiday package for a amount of 2.5+ Lakhs over 20 years which we have paid. There is a additional annual charges of 8000 plus tax. We were told that we have to request for a booking in advance of 1-2 weeks.
We have used one week of their holiday service during which we have realised that all their promises are false. We were completely lied about the group of hotels under their panel in fact they don't even have a panel of hotels. Here is how they work:
- Customer doesn't have any option to see what all hotels are available for a location. They had listed some good hotels on their website which they have stopped showing. In fact most of the links on their website (https://creekinnholidaysworld.com/) now gives "sql error"
- Their customer care and reservation number is same and it doesn't work. Nobody pick calls on that number.
- Over email, they claim they will get back within 48 hours which they doesn't. They usually reply at the end of the day which seems to be intentional to avoid quick conversation. Its very frustrating overall.
- Unlike they promised, they offer sub-standard hotels (2-3 star category). They refuse availability of good hotels even if they are available on other websites.
- There is no communication from them about any offers or updates. Like they have changed their name to creekinnholidaysworld from courtyardholidaysworld without any information to the customers.
I am not happy with their services and only ask for fair deduction from my paid amount for the used services and return rest of the amount.

- There is no communication from them about any offers or updates. Like they have changed their name to creekinnholidaysworld from courtyardholidaysworld without any information to the customers.
I am not happy with their services and only ask for fair deduction from my paid amount for the used services and return rest of the amount.

Fraud conpany, they take money for 5 star Hotel bookings but dont provide booking in 5 star hotels.
Creek inn has taken Rs 8500 for 5 yrs membership fees in 5 star hotels . But now they are offering stay in 3 to 4 star and vwry bad shape hotels. They always say that options are not available even if I book one month in advance.
Pls help in refunding my money.

I am memeber of creekinn holidays world pvt ltd. Their marking person called us in le meridan hotel gurgaon on 14 feb 2020.
Mr asish and his assitant akanshka, they promised us about 16 weeks hoildays plan for 10 years and 30 thosand air tickets to be used in 3 years. They cheated us .

Hi, i have been called by creekin holiday's in 27/05/2022 at hotel leman tree gurgaon, they have sell us a package stating us to give 4-5star hotel booked every year, i have raised 2 times request with grace of alteast one month time, every time thay denied to told sold-out. Not supported to get any service on behalf of package sell to us.

This company is fraud. Initially the name of the company was Courtyardholidaysworld. They were selling packages in the name of JW Marriott Courtyard.They are not providing any services as per contract and not returning the money as well.
They have taken 2.5L+ from us and promised for travel bookings 6N/7D each year till 20years.
Now they are not reachable over phone.and through emails, they just say property...

We took this package in July 2022 in a promotions event by this company.
You had promised a high value resort stay but what we got was a cheap three star hotel.
Breakfast is not complimentary. It is paid. We got to know when we wanted to book the stay but you had promised us a free complimentary breakfast. And also for booking the accommodation, the breakfast has to be bought compulsorily without which the booking is not done and the charges are Rs.400 per person and we have taken a package for 4 people for 10 years. In that case we have to pay 400*4*90*10 (400 per person + 4 persons in 90 days package + 10 years) which amounts to Rs.144000(1.4 Lakhs) which is ridiculous and insane. And the yearly maintenance fee of Rs.11500 + 5% GST to be paid in advance for booking the accommodation without which the accommodation cannot be booked and i made a payment of Rs.12075.
We were promised a tamara resort. We wanted to book that but you said that is not available. We asked for coorg even coorg is not available. You gave us a stay in Mysore. To go to Mysore we don’t need to have a membership with you(creekinn). We can go on our own.
No landlines work. No one to contact.

I had taken this service by paying more than 1.2 lc, where they promised to provide 4+ start hotels across India. Initially, it was with Courtyard Holidays group, who got sold to this fraudster company Creekinholidays.
They will show some fake promise by making you stay for one or two days of a complimentary pack & then you will repent for trusting these burglars for a lifetime. As you will never get any service after that....

This company solid to me vacation packages collecting 1.5 lakhs amount in June 2022. Post that no service response from their customer care or any sales responding to my calls. Hence i see this company is cheating customer by taking money with fraud assurance. Request proper investigation against them to return by money and help others from this fraud company

This company sales guys sold a 5 year holiday package taking Rs 1.05 lakh in June 2022. After the sales till date no representative or customer service response is received against my email. Hence filing this complaint

Its a fraud
I am not able to contact them on any numbers. They changed name from courtyard to Creekinn Holidays World. They sold us membership package and looted our money without providing single service. I have tried all the means and ways, not sure how to reach them!!! These **** should be arrested for scam which can save others from spending on them. Its a trap and scam.

Would not recommend anyone to take their membership. They make false promises . Secondly and most importantly whatever options they show on their website (specially 5 stars) they never provide that. Always reply back saying those are booked no matter how much in advance you are asking them to do the booking. Its booked 12 months.
They provide pathetic options which are not mentioned on their website. They are fooling people by showing 5 star hotels and at the time of booking, offering them 3 star or 4 star options which are not even worth of 3 or 4 star.
Last but not the least their customer care number is never reachable. You keep on struggling with them on mails.

Cheated by selling holiday package by giving false picture
I was sold this 5 year Domestic package of Courtyard Holidaya now Creekinn Holidays on a false presentation made by their sales team that they have tie ups with Luxury 5 star properties across India such as Leela Palace Udaipur, Fairmont Jaipur, ITC Rajputana and many more, When I asked about list of tie up hotels in writing they ensured that list would be shared along with signed agreement after 21 days through courier.
Having raised my concern after 1 month that too after rigorous follow-up with customer care on sharing both agreement and list of hotels, they only shared agreement. When I shared my concern on list of quoted hotels I was told that list is available on their site. however I could not find name of any such hotels on their list. There I realized that I'm being cheated and hence asked for refund, on which they mentioned that they don't have a policy of any refund and asked me to refer to agreement.
While selling the deal, Sales team very smartly explained the whole package and presented the list of above quoted hotels, which was just actually made to fool the customers and sell their package, while in reality no such tie ups existed.
Basis this presentation we fall in this trap and agreed to buy the package. We were then asked to make the payment immediately, post which agreement formalities will be done. Once the payment was done, agreement was given to us for signing and signed agreement was taken back mentioning that this customer signed agreement would be sent to their higher authorities for their approval and once approved copy of the same would be shared through courier.
Having realized that since money is already paid, we tried to book the holidays now and without selecting any hotels of our preference, we asked Courtyard Holidays to share the options and that too 15 days in advance, On this we are given an excuse that they don't accept the booking at this point of time as none of the hotels are available.
While there are still lots of options available online, Courtyard Holidays denied taking any bookings on the reason o[censored]navailability even 15 days in advance.
I feel now that I'm cheated of my hard earned money and request you all to not to get into this package trap.

We were contacted by Akshit Kakkar from Courtyard Holidays World Pvt Ltd in Feb 2022 and were asked to collect some free vouchers in Novotel, Juhu. On reaching there, we were explained scheme about a Holiday Package whose tenure lasted for 10 years. We were made to pay 2 Lacs for the package through EMI which I have been paying since then. Denial of service and no refund
We took this package on 30 June 2022 in a promotions event by this company. At the time it was called 'Courtyard Holidays World' or even 'County wide Vacations'. They claimed they had all the big brands under their umbrella, hyat, Hilton, Leela, ITC, Tamara, mariott and the like. They said we only have to mention date and property in which we want a booking provided we request 72 hrs in advance and they will take care of the rest. It sounded fair and we agreed for an 18 month EMI of 90k for a total of 8 holiday weeks each of 6nights and 7days and an additional ₹8000 +GST of every holiday week availed except for 3 weeks which were given as bonus weeks. The deal was on table only and there was too much pressure to get it done then only. A mistake that we made and suffering now to no end. They also mentioned that they will send us a welcome kit within 21 days of buying their membership which they haven't done till now. When we ask for booking in a desired property adhering to the list sales team had mentioned, they provide us with some random 4 or 5 star not befitting our need and force us to accept that. This is not how anyone holidays. Also the hotels we look for are always seen available on other platforms. They refuse to provide refund saying as per agreement the package is non refundable while on the table they mentioned we'll refund the complete amount if you are not satisfied by our services. On top of it all they will take legal action against me if i write on public platforms. I wanted to book a holiday but they are even denying that service. The booking process is also overly frustrating, not smooth at all. No one picks up the call if you call their customer care number.
I only ask for a refund of the amount I need pay by cancelling my EMI and end this relationship with them. As a consumer who is not satisfied this should be given to me.

On 14h June 2022 we receive a call from Creekin company and ask us give our time and collect the voucher, we visited the Ramada hotel in Juhu and we spend approx. three hrs and understood there product but somehow we found very costly and we leave with voucher.
After few days I have requested for movie ticket at that time there slot was book, I thought there are many customer so I ignore it and ask them to book my ticket prior one...

This company is committing fraud everyday - and conning hundreds of people by saying they have tie ups with hotel chains like ITC, Hyatt, Radison Blu, Evolveback - but in reality it is not true. Their reservation team over email stated that the tie up with any hotel is based on a contract or some kind of daily vouchers - and can not be maintained longer term. But this fact is not told to customers while selling the package.
