my name is -BIPLAB NAYAK..my Pan Number is-BBPPN1487B.mob-[protected]/[protected]
sir i am closed my all loan i am unable to pay my loan in pandemic situation but till now i closed my all loan and my banks are told me they are rectify my cibil report .

But ist still showing are delayed payment i am tweet and doing mail every bank but they are not supporting me now.
and i face issue to take a home loan.

Sir/madam please help to update my cibil report .

Got a mail with crif credit report one day, and upon checking the info, I found several incorrect information in the credit report. I mailed them with those incorrect informations which has been added to my account by highlighting each incorrect info, but they replied that those informations are correct and they have checked it. My questions is how can a adress change will be wrong when lenders input informations based on pan & adhaar? Still they refused & claimed those informations are correct. Upon replying them about this, they stopped replying mail & also refused to disclose which entities have made those incorrect inputs in my crif credit score. Hence, my credit score in crif is low & am unable to take loan when neeeded in emergencies. Such irresponsible behaviour with this private credit maintaining bureau. If needed or permission granted from consumercompalints.in, am ready to share those incorrect inputs here.

This complaint is in regards to reporting incorrect credit accounts in my cir by crif high mark.

There are 7 accounts that they have reported in my credit report does not belong to me. I enquired with all the banks and collected email confirmation and evidence from the respective banks stating the accounts are not mine and also shared the same with the crif high mark to validate the personal details of mine with the accounts listed in my report.

They do not work, neither they investigate on the documents i sent. But repeatedly updating the same report every month with the account numbers that does not belong to me. They call me and convince me over the phone that they will do the investigations and remove them from the report but, by the end of the month they repeatedly update the same incorrect information. Because of their negligence, i am getting mentally harassed as i am unable to apply for a bank loan since last 6 months.

They are not helping and not removing the details from my credit report even after knowing that all the accounts reflecting in my report does not belong to me.

Banking ombudsman is aware of this escalation and the complaint number is cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]

Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.
