Dear, Sir/Madam I am Ritik Kumar Mohanta, I recently put a Complainted through web(www.crompton.co.in/contact-us/) .After Service Engineer came to my home
and take the Fan to Office after some hour they bought it back home. now the fan working
But after one day the fan is totally out of order. After That, I called him at least 10 times but the engineer didn't pick the call& also called to Crompton customer but no response from there

I have given my crompton greaves submersible pump to their authorized service agency in chennai on 29/1/2018. So far they have not even provided me an estimate for its repair, leave alone completing the repair. I would like my pump repaired as soon as possible and returned it to me.
