We got typing work from crosoft technology they intentionally make mistakes and after that they demand money for penalty we also pay some amount then after 2 years now i got a notice from their side which consist court hearing at all by sending this they want to create fear in our mind i read many complaints aginst them by doing this they want to get money plzzzz plzzz help me what can i do...

They calling me again again ask to come to Gujarat :- CHEMBER NO- 98, ROOM NO-26 NATIONAL HIGHWAY 848-B,
KAPADWANJ ROAD, KHEDA DISTRICT, NADIAD, GUJARAT 387001 on this address.
They agru with me for the same.
Kindly help me to resolve this...

They are asking for money ti be paid that is 20500/- in half hour and saying are from delhi council when i called them. If i am fail to submit the fee then legal notice will be send to my house and charge case on me and want to pay 4-5 lakh in court.
When i ask them to send legal notice in written that i have to pay 20500/- they said this we can't send before the payment is cleared. So these are fake they scared when i told them to...

Maine 3 july 2018 ko typing work liya tha. 150 pages ka. Maine complete bhi kiya par muze unse call as rahi hai ki ₹ 6150/- pay karo ya aapko surat ana padega. Paise pay karo. Muze chetan sharma ka phone aaya mail bhi kiya aur m. Patel se legal notice ayi hai muze help karo. Abhi muze msg aya last intimation for payment dues aur wo without intimation muzpar case karenge. The above mentioned named company has given me online data entry work and after submission of completed reports they have issued qc report which is showing manipulated data, from their end they have made some changes and is clear, they are demanding me to pay money to them otherwise they will take legal action on me.

They called me and offer data typing work.. Didnt tell about any agreement.. At that time in hurry i said yes for work.. But aftr few hours on searching for this company i found it fraud.. I called them at same time, also send emails that i dont want to do that work.. Next day i got a call to strt work.. I clearly said no.. And the girl on call said koi baat nai hum dekhte hain.. Then aftr 15-18 days they called from diffrnt numbrs.. I didnt...
