I have sent my smartwatch repair or replace which is under warranty and they denied repairing and replace. request you to look in the matter and do the needful

Hi Team,

I ordered one product from their official website and I had to cancel the order. Their product is delivered back to their warehouse. But they are not refunding back. I have reached out multiple times to their customer support but did not get help.

As I can see a lot of complaints on this portal so I can say I am not the only one who is facing this problem. Please have a look at this.

I ordered a CrossBeat smartwatch from the CrossBeat official website.

I paid Rs 4084 for the smartwatch.Later I realise the watch is available at lower price.

I connected customer care to cancel my other so that I can reorder with lower price.

Customer care asked not to cancel the order, Instead they will refund Rs 779 after order is delivered. I agreed.

The watch got delivered, But still I haven't got the refund. Whenever I try connecting customer care, I don't get reply from them anymore.
