Hi,

I had send my car for a insurance claim in crown honda on 28-apr-19, at that time the fm antena and the upper cup of the gear panel is there, however when i had received my car the same is missing from there, and after asking for the same from the body shop executive (Alam), he refused that this is not there, i asked him to check the camera footage of their workshop as well but he refused.

I bought honda connect device in april 2016, device no 77c6600384. It was not working since i purchased. Complaint lodge vide no. 1-[protected] ultimately after a month after vigorous follow up the device was replaced.In the mean time the one month free subscriptin was over and i renewed for a year as per terms of policy of company.
