Dear authority, I am local resident at champa at bhojpur area. Me and all of the localised population are so frustrated by extremely poor service of CSEB at our area. Power cut happenes so often here and there is maintainance by the board. Please do something.

    As i complaints lots of time regarding electricity irregularity and voltage fluctuations in my home, every time they did reconnect wire from distribution box that's it, again problem arises in every 2weeks but now they are not resolving problem by sending any electrician to get it up.
    Our expensive appliances got damaged but they are still not responding plz make clear tha problem so we make it easy and continue with electrical supply by cseb.

      Sir here in model town bhilai we are facing lot of power fail issues and service executives such as mr sinha does notbrespond in a good way thinks he owns everything.
      We have always been facing this problwm

You are requested to consider the same and send confirmation of successful payment.

          I m from darr, korba (known as power city)chhattisgarhElectricity officer are here we dont belive for any liitle problm solving they took whole day as they are coming from bilapsur zone..sometime i[censored] call in office they will say that fittwr are not here so it will take time..n in summer time msot of the time they cut the the powerdont know y..somtime they say maintance problm..but i think if y they r going for manintance becoz its worst..with maintance also it doesnt work..dont knw wts the prblm completly corrupted.if anyone here who really think its wrong plz..take action n solve it as soon as possible

                Dear Sir, We have applied for a industrial connection of 25 H.P against the C.G state industrial policy to set up a fly ash brick manufacturing pliant at CSIDC Industrial Area, plot No. 234, Birkoni distt. Mahasumund and deposit the demand note for Rs. 81666/- th. R.no. 2036/381 dated[protected] but after 75 days we will not get the connection so far due to lack of transformer by the CSEB. Due to that, our project has been delayed by three months also.We have connected local body officers many times but could not get any proper response. Bill amount alongwith service charges of Rs.3.99 aggregating amount 1723/99 has been debited from Bank account. But no receipt has been generated. Bill showing outstanding in your account. Kindly guide me the course of action to be taken.

                    We. the resident of Village Arasnara .Post office Nandkathi, Dist Durg are facing low voltage, and voltage up & Downs, problem since last two years. We have submitted written compaints through the Sarpanch of the village twice but no action has been taken yet. at night we face more problem because due to dim light our children would not able to read their lesson. kindly if possible check and try to solve the problem.

                          Reference: BP No. [protected] Complain: Abnormal and Shocking Billing Dear Sir, Our Electricity Consumption Unit is around 100-150 during the winter season but this month CSPDCL has shocked us with serving exorbitantly high bill.                                 For last 7-8 months our bill is coming very high average more than 500.00 per month and more than 2000.00 for two months. We have compalin to mr verma j.E. Kumhari but no any action taken by him but giving assurance only. I would like to inform you for last 7-8 months we were out of home. There were no body in the house.
                                He says we have checked meter is ok. If meter is ok then how bill is arising without consumption. Who will be responsible for this access payment.
                                We request you kindly look into this matter urgently and replace the meter by new one and refund or adjust excess paid amount in coming bills.

                                  I am an indian citizen from chhattisgarh state ,Raigarh District.
                                  I have been applied for new permanent electric connetion on my new residential building situated at Vikas Nagar Gali no-3 , Raigarh distt. chattisgarh for more than 6 months.
                                  But department of CSPDCL says that the present transformer in that area is fully loaded so no further connection can be provided.
                                  They say that if we want to get electric facility than all new connetion consumer may bear the expenses of setting up new transformer which is nearly Rs 2,50,000
                                  There are only 4 new connetion consumers at present so each will have approx. Rs 60,000 for getting electric + other service charges too.
                                  if we consumers will pay these charges than why do get bill on name of electricity,service charge ,maintenance charge etc to CSPDCL.

                                  SO I REQUEST TO GO THROUGH MY CASE AND HELP ME OUT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

                                    I hadmade few requests in past to theEE sir regarding providing Identity cards to readers becausethey are private people and their authenticity is not proved.
                                    Also, they must be instructed to ring the bell andtake the reading in presence of owner of the premises, as they always come in daytime .
                                    My meter is amenable to outsider even when I am not in house during day upto 9PM, hencehouse waslocked is not possible excuse for average reading in future.

                                      I do not live in my flat since last 4 month and the house is empty,whose bill is regularly sent by CBSC.
                                      The reading of meter is also zero however CSEB have send me bill of Rs4370/.

                                      Previous month bill got nullified/canceled by visiting CSEB office few times by one of my relative.Someone came to inspect the house and meter and bill was canceled.Again a bill of Rs 2570/ has come. Should I employ someone to visit CSEB every moth to get my bill canceled every month?

                                        HI,

                                        We are living in Narmada Nagar, Bilaspur (C.G). We are totally fade-up with with this very frequent power shut down (at least 2 hrs in a day and some times >5 hrs) in any season even though after making payments on time. May we know the reason of this unreasonable power cut? which creates a hell lot of problems in our daily routine. If we are making the payments before deadline / on time so why we are not getting prominent service? and why we are not getting response for complaints? why our calls are not getting reponse by CSEB Fuse off call centers?
                                        Sorry, but It's semming very irresponsible.I Hope that this complaint will go in right basket and we'll get the permanent solution.

                                          Sir,

                                          We are regular Reliance Smart mobile users. We would like to tell about the poor performance of your network/system. We all have recharged our Smart connection recently and faced the following problem-

                                          Immediately after recharge we were able to make calls( Outgoing) , but the incoming calls to our number was not responding.( This we came to know later when persons contacting us take the use of other resources to contact us). On dialing our number from any other source, it replies, “The incoming facility to this number is not available”.

                                          At the time we realized the problem we registered complaint through Customer Care Centre. Your Customer Care Centre Executive assured us to solve the problem within 24 Hrs of time. But it even took more than 24 Hrs time ( after registering complaint) to solve the problem. In context to this I would specifically want to inform you that only after repeated request to your Customer Care Centre Executive, it got rectified. It indicates very clearly that if we would not have followed-up our problem to your Customer Care Centre Executive , it might have taken a much longer time to resolve our problem, which is highly .
