I tried multiple payment options through debit/ credit card and net banking. Everytime i put the otp it shows PBE error .
Please help

I would like to bring to your notice that I have applied for ctet examination and paid fees using Gpay by scanning the QR code. But still the status shows as" Application fee payment incomplete".

But no one interested.
Is this the transparency given by our so called New Education System.

Complaining to NIC says its CTET responsiblity and they forward it to director and they are not interested at all.

On 24.09.21 account debited by Rs. 1200 as CTET application fee through UPI (by scanning QR code), but form incomplete, nor is there any confirmation from CTET. Need the amount refunded to my account.

I paid the fees and the amount was deducted from my bank account but on the website the status still says - Incomplete Transaction (Fees not paid). My application number is : [protected]

Kindly look into the matter seriously lots of student are facing payment issue. But the authority is not showing any interest in this matter. i have written so many times. if you will not take this matter seriously then how will we submit are application form completely. pls sir this is my humble request to you please consider it seriously.

I faced an issue yesterday (21/09/2021)regarding the fee payment in https://ctet.nic.in/webinfo/Page/Page?PageId=6&LangId=P while doing the form fill up for the upcoming CTET exam December, 2021. Rs/1200 has been deducted for 2 times from my account when I paid the exam fees for myself as well as my husband. But in both cases the payment status is showing failed whereas I have paid it through Google pay apps successfully. Till now neither I got back my money nor the form has been submitted successfully.
Hence I am requesting you to refund my money back to my account.
