Referral bonus is bogus scheme. Despite of several communications back and forth they sent me a link for Amazon gift card never worked. At first the it was a hassle to confirm the referrals. They agreed for one referral but the second referral that chose for 3 months contract and carried on the service for 6 months is not considered.
It’s been 9 months and the issue hasn’t been resolved. The help desk don’t even communicate about the issue prior closing off the ticket and sends out emails confirming the ticket is “resolved and closed.” I don’t think the employees at cuemath is serious about their role. The paycheque only satisfies their monotonous job of sending out unsatisfactory services and harassing clients who are used as bait to enhance their business. Damn parasites.
There’s been so many complaints from clients all over the world. Even the teacher are harassed and not paid out for their service. Just saw someone posting of the new policy of teachers wanting to quit has to give 60 days notice prior to which the company will forfeit their wages. This is ridiculous. Do anyone monitor these dirty scammers?

In the name of parent influencer program, cuemath team continuously asked for my friends contact number and I gave contacts who took demo and some enrolled. After which people who were in touch with me, doesn't reply my messages/calls/emails. Tickets are not resolved. A promised payout on March 1st week didn't get credited yet. Got all the money from enrollment but not ready to credit the bonus that I deserve.

Constant Harassment by Cuemath: I am under constant harassment by Cuemath people. I am repeatedly requesting them to unsubscribe my number from their list. Every odd day they send message that my child has got thousands of scholarships. I am not interested. Their customer care service is a big joke. I sent several emails but every time they copy and paste same reply. I am tired. I am planning to file case in consumer court. They can't even simply unsubscribe number from sms service. Never go for cuemath.
