I have received the wrong products from them and I have ordered for 8 pieces but they send me only 3 which are worst.I want to return them but there is no open to call them or any thing for returning . I need my money back

I want my money back.. I don like this product.

I ordered regular wear essential pack of 6 .
I get it 3 with the worst quality and I don’t get any number or mail I’d for further process.

I ordered 6 solid coloured bras in 600 rupees and received 3 cheap quality printed. I complaint and asked for refund but not even a single complaint is answered. I want my money back.

As i placed an order in Curve Muse and it got delivered on 26.06.2022 with was really terrible with was torn and the quality was very very poor and they was no contact no or ant from address on the packing very bad experience for which they charged me 599/- .

I would really appreciate if this issue can be resolved and refund my money back,

I want to inform you that I ordered the product from curve muse web. But I have some issue with product or with them quality also so i wants to return the order or wants to refund as soon as possible plz

I ordered 6 net wireless bras in 600 rupees and received 3 cheap quality printed and size like kids one

I had ordered a set of 6 solid colour bras for 600 in sale. what I receive is 3 cheap quality multicoloured flowery bras. These people are cheats and should be punished

I bought product but I was received wrong product. So I was complent on this website but no response from the company. I request for the refund. Please help me

Under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provisions on misleading advertisements:
Section 2(28):

Penalties for misleading advertisement
The CCPA can impose a penalty o[censored]p to Rs 10 lakhs and two-year imprisonment for misleading or false advertisement. The fine may be extended to Rs 50 lakhs and the imprisonment may extend to five years.
The company name Curve Muse, It’s an online website for Inner Wear, and it’s Fraud company, the SiTuation what happened was I (consumer) brought the the product from this company website of Rupees (599/-) This company promise to send the same quality and quantity of Product but when the product reached the Quality and Quantity both does not match at all. The showed something else and send something else. I ordered this product on 13-June 2022 and received the product on 17-June-2022, My request to you is please stop doing this company fraud to innocent consumers and taking money out of their pockets. And help me get my hard earned money as they don’t have return back money policy and the are just fraud. I hope justice will be served.

I have got the worst quality products. According to my order I should have got 12 pieces but instead I got only 6 that too of the worst quality. I have been looted and not only that, they don't reply to your mail. Fraud services!!!

I have got the worst product in my life. I came across this website and I ordered 2 sets of innerwear. Technically, I should get 12 pieces but Instead I got 6 that too of the worst quality. I have been looted and I paid 1200/- for just nothing.

I ordered a 7pc bra set size 38 from curve muse and they sent me 2 heavy cardboard sheets wraped up in the box. They’re not responding to my complaints.
