We had three bls appointments one from ahmedababd and 2 from delhi, it was clear to pay embassy fee only, rest all components were covered in dpauls package, the d paul marketeing or visa dept took appointmnet on premium basis, without our consent and forced to pay there 4800 x 2 at delhi and he did not pay even bls agency fee, when asked to adjust 13200, he said they were not getting apppointment, without even asking, and for ahmedabad there...

I have booked a 4 N Goa Package with D pauls, Delhi for Rs 28k for June, 14 for 2 Pax very clearly discussing the cancellation terms & conditions with the executive multiple times ( 20 % deduction till 11 days) as i had a doubt that i might have to cancel my vacation as some family function might take place . .
