I ordered GARUDA 1080 wifi camera drone from daddydrones.in/ website on 20 december 2022 and received it on 25 december 2022.But they have sent the used product which has high stability issue.I tried to contact them but they are not picking up the call and sent mail also.So I kindly request you to take needful action regarding this issue.

Faulty product

I purchased a drone. I received it on[protected]. When tried to fly it on[protected], it was not flying as one of the motors of it was not working. So I made written complaint on [protected]@daddydrones mail address and even on whataspp no. of daddy drones [protected] (Sameer) which was provided to me by daddydrones. But nothing done by the company. On the contrary when I made call to on the above number he sent me address to which I have to send the drones by courier. Is it the service which the company is provided. Why the company is not picking the drone from me by sending the courier boy.

Faulty drone delivered which do not works
I ordered a drone from daddydrones for my kid. Beyond my imagination, when I tried to use the drone, I discovered that the remote is faulty. The company doesn't seems to bother about it's customers
There is no revert even after sharing a video of faulty remote with the company
This seems to be a fraud company and I would recommend NOT BUYING any drone from such a FRAUD company. My kid and me are so furious. I feel I am being cheated by this fraud company
PLEASE NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM DADDYDRONES. IT'S A FRAUD COMPANY
There is no revert even after sharing a video of faulty remote with the company
This seems to be a fraud company and I would recommend NOT BUYING any drone from such a FRAUD company. My kid and me are so furious. I feel I am being cheated by this fraud company
PLEASE NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM DADDYDRONES. IT'S A FRAUD COMPANY

1. This is with respect to our order 27068. The product that we received is not at all as per the pictures/details shown on your website. Pictures of the product shown and received are forwarded for your reference.
2. This is the third mail to you and you still haven't replied to any of our mail, which seems to be quite rude from your side and neither have you replied to the complaint forwarded on the whats app number displayed/ shown on your website.
3. Request kindly look into the matter and have the decency to reply back to the email forwarded.
In case you are incapable of addressing our problem request direct/fwd us the email id/ telephone number of the concerned person who can resolve our issue.

I bought a drone cost of 4k... The drone is not working and i tried reaching out to them multiple time... They are not reverting. Looks like they are only selling refurbished seconds/ damage product to all clients.
N the best part is you can reach out to them only till purchase, post purchase only mail contact for which they will never reply.
I am sure there will be many such customer who got cheated by this company who are frauds, let's connect and file a legal case against this cheaters

सर जीस कैमरा को मैने ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग किया था उस ड्रोन कैमारा का वज़न 1.8kg
दिखा रहा था लेकिन उसका वजन 200 ग्राम भी नहीं है और मैंने जब रिटर्न करने की कोसिस की तब उन्होने रिटर्न का ओपसन ही हटा दिया और फिर मैंने कॉल करना सुरू किया तो कॉल रेसिव नहीं कर रहे है और फिर रिटर्न का ओपसन आया तब मैंने रिटर्न किया तब अभी तक कोई भी रिप्लाई नहीं दे रहे है जिसका ऑर्डर कोड 5864 है
