illegal payment deduction

Sir i m sumeet singh bhalla, company name - raipur bhopal freight carrier at raipur chhattisgarh.. I m ur regular broker for ur consignments from raipur to all over india.. I want to submit a complain to mr. Pradeep one of your executive in ludhiana (Punjab) branch.. He is always miss behaved with our drivers. And every time he is deduct unauthorised money from balance payments.. Reference for illegal deduction for consignment vechile no. Pb 23 k 6419

Mobile Theft

Dear Sir
I Rajesh Singhal , would like to sate that i have lost my mentioned mobile instrument having Reliance CDMA NO. [protected] at CHENNAI AIRPORT (in between LIFT AREA) during 5:20PM to 5:30 PM today i.e. on 3rd July 2013.
I arrived from SAHUKAR PET CHENNAI to AIRPORT Through NTL Taxi No.TN51AZ1668 Driver Cell No. [protected] at 5:20 Pm. I get down of the taxi and make the payment to driver in cash and move ahead towards lift area. certainly i noticed that taxi driver was calling me that i have paid Rs. 50/- short to him. Noticing him, i leave my briefcase aside go to him and paid him RS. 50/-.. and he left and i came to my bag. But immediately i noticed that my mentioned Mobile Instrument is missing.
Then i approached available POLICE OFFICIALS Mr. P.LAZAR & Mr. M. DENADAYALAN and informed them about the incidence.
They listened me carefully and called taxi driver back to same location and searched the taxi properly but didn't found anything. Since i had to board to my spice jet flight SG -308 scheduled at 6:50PM, i left for boarding without finding my phone.
In between one AIRPORT Staff also called by mentioned officials to check the CCTV Footage.
Now, i would request your good self to kindly register my complaint for lost mobile phone / may be theft by any one at airport and investigate in to this matter for helping me to get my mobile phone back.
IMEI No, of my this handset i will provide by tomorrow.
Your kind cooperation and action shall be highly thank full.
