Dear sir/Madam,
I was booked A Swift Zoomcar today at 10:30am then Amount debited from my credit card, payment also Shown Successfull, But In App, in My booking, their is no Shown Booking confirmation & Even I didn't get any confirmation messages to my Registor mobile number... please Resolve ASAP & Please find attachment......

Some body is threatening me by saying give 2000 rupees or otherwise i will put your number and photo in skokka. I rejected their theartnig so they posted illegaly and without authentication of my mobile number illegally using and posted a ad using my number [protected]and they are hacking my facebook and taking photo from there please take nessary action or else i am getting frustrated and planning to end myself. Please remove the ad...

I have mentioned my date of Birt as 06/12/1989 (Sixth December 1989) in form sent by me,
It was surprise to note that in Card the date of Birt mentioned is 16/12/0989.
Kindly send new card with correct date of birth, free of cost.
Request to revert at the earliest.
