Datsun redigo Guindy car service is rude and they are highly expensive without fixing the issue for every part they remove charging labour charge of 2000 rs.....

Recently I given my car at lakshmi service center Nissan at Guindy chennai. Sevice Team don't have knowledge to do the car service they done 15 days R&D. Eventhough not able find the issue and finally they said it will take another few days and need to check the gear release assembly it's cost around Rs. 25000. Already they raised bill around 12000. Really I am thinking y I purchased this brand and waste of my money and time....

My car is facing battery issues...it's redigo AMT...and it stopped between road 2-3 times...after that we complaint and they took the car to the company...and they returned after saying that the issue has been resolved...but again it has the same problem.

This is Dhiraj Dharaiya from Ahmedabad. I have had booking for a vehicle Dutsan redi-go through an agent named Mr. Rajabhai @ Nissan show room, G/1, Titanium Square E Block, SG Higway, , Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 who ensured to return back my booking amount if I do not purchase car in any case. As he promised he will not be submitting cheque from last 2.5 Months . After he Cancellation order given by me and demanding for refund he started giving excuses that in process in process in process…….
What is this nonsense thing? Its luck or my good deal that I did not bought the car otherwise your company will give this kind of poor service after purchased.
My Deposited amount is Rs.5000/- which I transferred by Google pay on[protected]. How poor process and poor service. Therefore there is no trust on Nissan and Datsun. Very bad responds from your side.
Please my refund as soon as possible.

I have datsun go. All 4 tyres are of bad quality of STRADA company. Due to which all are having side cracks. 5 extra tyre is of appollo which is good as of now.

They are not responding properly and giving unnecessary reasons.

I have a redigo car and it is crashed i am trying to contacting to neo nissan ghaziabad many times but they did not pick my call and also 1 to 2 times they picked my call but cut it in 10 to 15 sec without listen to me.

We park our datsun redi go car on parking slot, the car held with fire accident. We cont use the car even from 3days, but car held with an fire accident. The timing is on 1pm, 17/03/2020. The engine and half car totally melt with fire. It is totally car defect. We don't have even service center in anantapur, andrapradesh. Then what your company answer for this

Dear sir my name manjeet singh i have purchase nissan redi go t (O) s-drive 1.0 date-17-jul-2019 from bathinda punjab. It stops during driving. I have many time to give my car to dealer, but still the problem continue. Company cant solve this problem, car stops moving on main road. I am fed up with your company car please fix it or change it or take it back.

I had bought a datsun car a year and within a year i had to service car many time. Even after servicing the car on time its performance is degrading. The service center levy high charges of around 25k each time the car goes to service center and after repairing the problem still persists. The car performance is very poor and it's like i have been frauded with a defective piece. The service center official don't accept the fault and emphasizes that it's our fault.

Last year for which I have received only one key which is not valid according to my opinion.
Even in purchasing of bike we get two legal key.
I have contacted agency and I am not completely satisfied from service.
I request you to grant me my another original key.
It is very pretty thing and company should be aware of that.

Very poor service of readi go in Gorakhpur. My complain about sound from doors and dashboard but service adviser asking it is natural sound because it is low budgut car.How was any company make this type of cars.Doors are very noisy and glasses of door . After many complain at service centre problems are remains continued. Please resolve my issue and arrange proper service of my car.

On 2017 august 31 i have purchased datsun redigo t (O) for personal and single handed use. Presently km driven 6200km, few days ago i have noticed a unwanted sound when i m driving the car. Then gone the service point, and they found that there are a crack in the silencer box. They advised me to change the silencer box. Service manager admitted that he has already faced this same problem near about 11-12 car. Then i came to understand that it is a manufacturing issue. I am requesting the company to resolve the matter as early as possible.

On the 20th of november +/- 6h20 i drove my vehicle from the garage into the drive way in front of my garage. My daughter was still inside, i got out to fetch my lunchbox and handbag from the house, and just then and there the rear window of my datsun go + 7 seater, 2017 spontaneously combusted. It sounded like a bomb explosion, it shattered in tiny pieces and the middle of the windscreen started to fall out. I would like to know how is this possible?

On 2016 november we bought a datsun redigo car after one and half year the we we go back home on 28 september the vehicle boun fully and we go to insurance we only got 260000 and when bought the vehicles the company told that we got unlimited kilometers warrenty but when we say that that the manager told that they have no responsibility on that vehicles

In the last month i took my car to the service center which is at prashant nagar (Hyderabad) near kukatpally. When i am trying to claim an insurance, the worker/employee is not responded properly and did not said about the claiming procedure, documentation, do's and dont's, e. T. C, just because of this, the concerned insurance team is not covering the insurance to my vehicle. Why should i loss the insurance which is going to end in december 2018. I am unaware of insurance policies as this is my first car and first time applying for it.

The sparsh nissan moti nagar have a very bad experience with the mangmenr and service of sparsh moti nagar.

Bought this car on august 2016. Even though, it's not so good looking car, due to its high ground clearance and fuel efficiency written on paper, i bought it. But now, due to the chamber being made out of some cheap plastic fibre. It got hit while driving, engine oil leaked and i stopped the car but now it won't start even after replacing new chamber and new oil. Engine is officially seized now. What should i do? What is the total cost of replacing or repairing engine of this car? Is it worth it?

I purchased my car on 14.02.2017 with registration no-up32hs2340 from nissan showroom at vip road lucknow, i am not happy with the car from first day of purchase. On the day of delivery it had reading of 900km which is not understandable. They told me many foolish excuse regarding this, which was not good enough, i asked them to take it back and they denied. It ran about 8700km and they changed its gear box and still its running very badly. I am so fed up of this car. This is my worst experience in life.

It may be possible that their is some manufacturing defect, they should change this car if i m correct. Else they should pay me back my money.

Here.. I dr. Rehana khan want's to complaint about the datsun redi go sports. I bought datsun redi go sports (The top variant) which costs me rs. 4, 30, 000 and the problem came since the i bought this car.
The mileage is really very poor it gives me the average between 10-12 in city and 12-13 on highways. I also took my car for a check at the service station of datsun and they asked me to drive the car regularly and milage will increase it self. I went there 3 times and they asked the same thing to drive regularly but now it comes to an heights. 6 moths are over and the milage is still the same.
Is there any defect in car or you have sold us the defective piece in the name of sports variant!
I want that my complaint should be considered and either you make the replacement of my car or refund my money. If not then i'll make sure that the sale of datsun redi go will be no more in bareilly up.
It's a serious matter to be considered!

I've purchased a new datsun redi go from unity nissan dealer new delhi (Shalimar bagh) .
After taking out that car from showroom at the same time the fm is giving a trouble its was completely giving disturbance/distortion at all places in new delhi, it was or is not working anywhere in delhi...

At the time when i been to workshop of same dealer & met to workshop manager, i got the reply that the fm towers are not working in most of the places in delhi which is totally disgusting, lakhs of cars are running on road & noone is facing this fm distortion problem even by fixing local / Chinese stereo systems in their cars but this guy (Manager) is replying me this...
This is just one month old car, stereo system is fitted by datsun itself which is well known multi national brand & this is the kind of quality & service this co. Is giving...
Beware of buying this car

I have bought new Datsun Redi go sport vehicle by last month only and it was run 900 KMs .now it’s getting starting problem.
Today (13th dec’16) I have given my vehicle to service center (Surya Nissan – Bangalore) and they are telling me to pay more than Rs.7000 for resolving the starting problem issue.
When I bought the vehicle, they said first 6 months there is now problem with rat and all and it will not get any issue for that. Now they are telling me the issue happened because of rat only and have to pay for that.
It’s really strange for me now and worried why should I choosed Datsun.
Request you to rectify my vehicle problem without having any charges.

My car glass broken they simply said no stocks, they don't know when will spares arrival

Out of your 5 Chennai service centre's no body having that spare Datsun go + quarter Glass

Peculiar so far I called nobody responded
