Order I'd IK6814:
The packing contained some non sense item even thought I ordered for pant pack of 5. Order i received is a trimmer..!
The item sent to me is actually replaced from another parcel.

No calls are getting reached through the contact number of the seller.
No response to mails too until the past 15days. multiple followups were triggered and no response or nothing until now.
Please refund the money of Rs.999 which i paid as COD for the above order iD. images attached for the same.

I am Gudi Yaswanth who ordered Men's high stretch skinny cargo pants( pack of 5) from this site which costed 999 rupees. On 10th june 2024, it was delivered with two sets of decorative LED lights. So i tried to contact them by mobile number ([protected]) and also by e-mail ([protected]@ddimpex.in) mentioned in the site but i didn't get any response back. I don't know whether that is a genuine mistake or some fraud sending the wrong items. Now i don't want to get that product anymore. i need my money back. My mobile number is [protected] having phone pe. My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

This evening i have received my product its wall light instead of lowers. Please request company to refund the balance

Had ordered Remifa WINDPOWER 1500W Electric Portable Heater 1299/- from https://ddimpex.in/. When i opened the courier packet it was a cheap 300/- 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner.the contact details on the website for return policy was mentioned: mobile no [protected] and email address [protected]@ddimpex.in, however when i contacted the above number it says 'Incoming calls is not available on this no and it will be available post recharge', that clearly suggest, the above contact number was only taken for the purpose of scamming. The email which i have sent on the aforesaid email address did not receive response till date.

I would request the forum to take this complaint on a serious note as many people in general has been scammed and target of such fake: url/ scammers. It is very hard to differentiate the genuine websites and such scam websites. Please look into the issue.

I ordered remifa1500w air blower for inr 1299. While I opened the box today to my surprise it was a cheap car vaccum worth 300 rupees. Certainly not matching with what I had ordered.
I had reached out their customer support. No revert !

While I starts to search abt this company I realized that this is a scam company who is looting people doing such tactics.

They should be put behind jail.

I ordered a 1500w remifa electric portable heater blower from their website for 1299 rupees and got some another cheap vaccum cleaner which i have never booked .also they are not responding to my email . thier email support address is - [protected]@ddimpex.in

Doesn't respond to return / refund requests either. I ordered a taser ring from their website for 999 rupees and got two cheap rings that would cost 100 rupees maximum. All products listed in their website are probably fake....

I’ve ordered Pest reject product which was delivered on 31st oct, 2023. Product doesn’t work at all as the company claim in their ads and description so I tried return by dropping an email to them 5th November, 2023 and again on 17th November, 2023 but there is no response. Also, tried to fill up their contact form on their website but still no response. This product is waste of money as its sound is really annoying and coackroaches and insects are still coming around so it’s really useless. Would like to get a refund but there is no other to contact or get a response from them

I purchased a power saver device from DD Impex which save electricity consumption but there is no use of that device. There is no option for return product. Nobody responding on mail.

I have booked 1 item from ddimpex.in.But when I get the delivery and open the box mirror is there.I called customer support also she is saying I will process today it was 3rd day no update came.I mailed also [protected]@ddimpex.in but from there also no update came.
