I have purchased a projector for rs 5999 from dealhatke in 2019 and after recieving the projector, it was not working properly. Then I contacted with customer care and they asked me to send it back, we will send you new one. But till date i have not received it back...

I purchased one air cooler from dealhatke 'but it was not up-to the mark so returned, and sent one replacement after lots of persuasions, but opening the same found worse than earlier, broken and completely unusable (Sent thru 'ecom (Awb [protected]'), after that informed to send the replacement and collection of the broken one on "box opening", — they remained silent since a fortnight.. Not even lifting the phone.. Most worthless supplier. Cheating the customer...

I ordered one product from them and what i have is not really what i saw on their website, and some items of the product are missing i don't why people do that if you work truly at the end you will the most trust-able online shop. If you see Amazon and the others they are trust-able and that why they are up very far from you. Don't make people disappointment your business those benefits will not really do anything to your life . I hope you will get arrested for those fake products advertisement So anyone else that want to buy something from here should definitely think twice before otherwise we will be in the same case .### company i will not stop here the police will start the investigation as soon as possible .

I have not received the product that i expect. I tried my best to contact you but unable to reach you. So, i am trying to contact you and in the end i am able to contact you as the product is not working properly as shown by you in the video. That is why when i see the video i was attracted by the product but unfortunatey it is not working as suggested by you in the whole video

It's not working properly. When i use it for presentation belows line are very faint to see. Upper lines are showing dark. I make all adjustment. So i want to give back this product. Your product (Solar sensor light) was damaged from inside and when i read your returned instruction. I got tired and said. You go to hell... See man you show many good points and then the price was too high (Which i found out later) then the package which was send via the ecom express, the order no. Dusmc6az bar code no.[protected] the item with code no. 23 total costing me 2.298. Wheni opened it the item was damaged and the first thing that came to my eyes was the switch button missing.. I ordered a smart watch and received an advance watch (As per label) on 04/08/2018 by paying rs. 3999/- plus delivery charge of rs.299/-. As per the ad it was water-proof a false claim because it doesn't have any water-proof sealing. The watch does not read memory card and sim card as claimed. It does not start up when sim/memory card are inserted. It is just another digital watch worth rs.200/- in market! I want refund, please let me know the detail process to return the product and get my money back.

U guys r showing another photo on the website and selling another one... Its really disgusting... Ok we learn frm our mistakes but doing like this u all can take our money once only aur ekbaar toh we won't trust any o[censored]... Really its very very disappointing... God is seeing on us n i know karma will pay u back...!...

Purchased a projector based on their website specification. Clearing stating full hd advanced home entertainment led projector.
Faulty description: image is only visible in a fully dark environment. If the room has the slightest light, no image visible.
I purchased it over the phone directly with dealhatke on phone number [protected] maheshshahgupta advocate at 21 pm dated 05052018 the sales person clearly told me that the product has a money back guarantee and i can pay cod. The day after i received the projector i called to request a refund due to the above fault. The sales person told me that i need to send an email to [protected]@dealhatke.com. So pls make refund of it other wise i m free to lodge complaint before consumer forum with evidence (Recording)

I have purchased a projector from your site. But it was not full filling my requirement. Which i have returned to your company address on 1/07/2017 with dtdc which was delivered on 3rd or 4th of july.

Whenever i talked on the number on dealhatke, they replied that the will credit in your account in next day or day after tomorrow. But till date i have not received my money back.
The best part of my courier is that i paid extra 500/- rupees for insurance cover so that the product reach safely.
Still i have not received the refund.
So you should suggest me how to get return of my money. Should i go to consumer form for getting my money back.
Suggest me as soon as possible, or i will definitely go to consumer forum for my claim.
If you want me to attach the mail that i posted and the recorded conversation i can attach them also. The last mail that i posted was on 27th july 2017. And the number on which i always contact them was[protected]. I want to see what you can do on this case. Waiting positive reply from your side.

This email was sent on Monday 22/05/2017. No response from dealhatke yet. I strongly believe this product sold by dealhatke is false advertising and misleading to the consumer. I am now waiting for my refund and the promised 48 hour response has also expired.
