I have ordered 2 shirts online by looking at the AD's from Facebook. I have received them today, but somehow due to size or fit issues, I want to return them now. Could you kindly look into this for me and guide me for the next steps?

It’s a fraud company. They delivered wrong poor quality product. Cheated me for 1400 rs. No way to contact them.
I am taking legal action.

Today I have see in Instagram I have got link of that men clothing website https weetonicc.com the I like one shirt then I buy that but downward there is one offer on that there was written pay full online you will shirt at899 but shirt price is 1399/ then I click on that link after I pay through razor pay at my email I get invoice billing details on that company company name Dealhop private limited with GST no and CIN no also have written in a bill

In Instagram a I have search that shopping website company name dealhop private limited I have done payment with razor pay I have got voice bill details at that company name dealhop private limited with GST no 24AAFCD8391K1Z9 but can't got orders details online I have got payment voice details buy razor pay

Kindly refund the amount on this account asap, i don't want to approach police and consumer court, do immediately :

I received wrong product and charged 2398 rs

I ordered 10 ethnic kurtas of xl size.. I have received all medium sized kurtas & very poor quality stinking material.. Please look into the matter & do the needful.. They have no communication website, email or number.. I am cheated to the tune of 6500/- on 14th jan 2020 email i’d - [protected]@gmail.com.. Please immediately refund my money.. Kurtas are bad quality & cheap

We came across this scenario where we recieveed an order of cod of 2000rs which was recieved by my mom and as she didnt know so she paid the money and took the order... Now funny thing is we never placed this order and we didn't even hear about this fake company til we got this order. It somehow hacked the delivery address of our permanant house... Name of my sister and contact number of my jiju... And it took around 5 days for us to figure out this fraud... The dresses which were delivred are not even worth of 500 in total and they xheated 2000rs for that looking for some help on this fraud

I ordered 3 kurtis from online shopping site dealhop private limited of rs 2200. I received the order but when i opened it i was disappointed. All the kurtis was of bad quality and small size. We can get such kurtis at rs 100-200 outside. They have not sent any mail for receipt. When i searched for how to return this kurties online i came to know it is a fraud company and they have cheated many consumer and took their hard earned money. Please look into this case and banned such online shopping site. Please help me to get my money back

Myself aneesh k s, have ordered 4 kurtis with order no. Hl[protected]. When the product was reached, i was not available at home. It was delivered to my friend with cash on delivery (1430 rs). Later on i was open the product. It was not at all matching with what was shown in the website and product quality also too bad. Instead of 1430 rs. Totally it worth less than 400 rs. I want to return the product. Later on i was attempted to login, login itself was removed from the site. This is cheating. Attempted to contact them, but the provided number is not in use. I never got such experience from any of the dealers.

Ordered a product (Saree) by online and selected cod option.
Consignment received via xpressbess (Awb no:[protected] and paid cash rs.1240/-. When we opened the parcel we are much shocked that they send a product (Saree) not worth for rs.100/-. That parcel is came without any sender information or contact nos. So we thought to return the product and sent e-mail to them as per the company website instruction but no feedback and their contact nos are also fake.
We tried xpress bess to stop the payment they are also not co-operative.
