I have ordered ON 15.12.2023 Cotton shirt from Dealhop Pvt Ltd They have sent us Worng product Shirt Also they have given contact No of Surat Which is not pick up last 7 days
Even i have requested to Blue dart courier office and request him first i will be open the parcel and see if parcel as per our order then i will pay otherwise you may return back to Dealhop pvt Ltd but courier team not allowed to open
Anyhow i have paid...

Delivered Product was very cheap

I have ordered a suit from Dealhop Pvt Ltd, they have sent a wrong product (Kurti) with wrong size. They have given a contact number which is switched off, their is no way to contact them for return of the product.

I have pain 1000 rupees for one set of dress, but I have received one kurti which is not worth and cloth also not good.. I want to return the product, but they are not responding to my call.. I want my money back ...

The women’s dress delivered was not even ordered. They delivered and collected money. The product is not worth even 100/- whereas they collected rs 1260/-. There’s no return policy or address to return. It was not even ordered. Please take strict action against these frauds. They seem to have gstin number 24aafcd8391k1z9. The company address is blank, no phone number is mentioned. We found address from their gstin number. Telephone number given is incorrect. Strict actions should be taken against these kind of fraudesters.

No proper details on the slip provided where the parcel came from. Customer care have no proper information. We are asking information about the company not the customer...

Have ordered combo kurti worth 1550/-delivered on 25th jan'19. Product is not at all upto the mark and qualiy is very poor. They are wringly advertising their products by displaying wrong pic of clothes. They also dont have proper website or online portal for returning options. I doubt their integrity and felt that the company is fraud. Need immediate attention on this, else they will con other customers.

I had ordered 2 lehenga cholis of dealhop pvt kya from online portal of woeca worth rs. 3201.45 on 14th january, 2020 and received the same on 19th january, 2020. Unfortunately of the two lehenga cholis one of them that they sent was a wrong product and the other way was way too cheap to be this expensive. I emailed them on the same day ie 19th jan about the same on the given email i’d but to this day haven’t received a single response. I sent another email on 20th jan, and i do not see a response yet. On 21st i called up on [protected] twice and both the times they gave me another number ‭[protected]‬ and i called on this number 4-5 times and nobody responded.

I had ordered 2 kurti and received a very very cheap quality product, i have paid 1900 rupees for the same and request for the refund as soon as possible. This is a fraud company selling cheap products. The reviews posted on the website vuyiza from where i purchased where all fake and they have cheated me, i look forward for a positive response from your side. I m attaching my order number.

The product that has been delivered is not the one that i had ordered and moreover no bill has been provided for the amount that i paid. The company seems to be a fraud which has cheated many other customers as well. I want to return the product and get refunded.
The quality of the items are extremely poor and the price that was charged for it was very high.
They are simply misguiding the buyers with these fake pages which are flashed in facebook

I order kurtis online through dealhop which was a popped up site, i didn't notice that they don't have a proper site or phone number while ordering. After receiving the product, it was of worst quality and i was trying to return, there was no option available. Neither the stitching was good not was the material. I tried searching for customer care, but none was available. It is a fraud company. Any chance of getting money back!

I had ordered 1500 worth lehenga and made the payment, later when i wanted to check the delivery date, and i forgot my password to that site. And found out it's a fraud company. Is there a way to retrieve my money. Plls shut down this company as well. Kindly ban their all online links. They r cheating in name of "house of lehengas". I need my money back.

I had ordered from house oflehengas site online a dark green coloured lehenga..and received a veru poor n low quality material..for which the site mentioned hazzle free retunrs...n who dont even communicate neither do they refund or return... looting the customers is the only concern of this company .and i see no action taken against such a company even after hell lot of complaints also on conusmer forum

I have ordered clothes from wilora.com on 1st may 2019, i got this product on 6th may 2019, on that day i was out of the station so i coudnot open the product, i saw this product today (10th may 2019).
