They called me and said that they are renewing my reward points and asked for OTP and deducted Rs.8458/-...they said in 48hrs they will credit 8458+13000 total 21000 in my credit card but not happend..

Then now i can see its fraud...they called me from this no. [protected]

Please log a complaint on this..kindly start cyber investigation on this such kind of frauds...i can submit what kind of proofs you need.br...

My name is ashwin shah-on 19/01/2017 around 2.0 noon i got a all form one mr. Rohan - (M)-[protected]- citi bank visa department ho mumbai mira rd -400098 for renewal of citi bank existing card which i had and conversion of rewards points into the new card for the value-rs:8458/-
-which was just a transfer of balance from old card to new card with the benefit of cash back voucher /or used in fuel in any iol petrol bunk and this wd not...

I got a call from no [protected], [protected] saying that there are upgrading my CITI card and my existing reward point will be transferred to new card, for which a OTP was generated with my card no, and immediately money was deducted. they said old card will be blocked and new card will be issues in 7 days

The fellow made me to type the OTP in a IVR...

I got an sms to my number that rs 8, 458 has been spent from my citi bank credit card at dealsmantra_epaykere. I nor any of the persons related to me has done this transaction. As soon as i got the sms, immediately contacted the citi bank customer care and blocked the card. Transaction was done on 24.01.2017. Let me know if you require any details for your investigation. Please look into the issue. Transaction id, registered mobile number...
