I have placed grocery order on the dealshare app on dtd. 16th July 2023 but 9 days passed and still my order is not delivered, ,

Since the last Five days I have called more than 40 times to the customer support team but every one is replying repetitively and they have NIL ideas to address the customer quarry and their satisfactory resolution.

I have given a complaint on their customer support email id "[protected]@dealshare.in" but they also could not manage to deliver my order..

This is my first grocery order with Deal Share, but facing a very bad experience of customer service even I realised that there is no mechanism to resolve the customer quarry
who has been contacted more than 40 times to Deal Share support team and continuously asking for help to deliver his grocery order.

Customer is being cheated by Deal Share on every days and there management is part of to all this scam going on.

Please Lodge my complain and help to get my money return back

I have Purchased a Hair Dryer in DealShare.in App but They are not delivering My Product it has been 1 week. When every i call the delivery boy he rejects my call or ignores me and Sometimes he says he doesn't have my order and he won't deliver
