I ordered a set of bralettes from this company called "DealSwap Store" but to my absolute disappointment, I received a product that was completely different from the product image on their website. I e-mailed them regarding a return but since the past two days there has been 0 response. I am a struggling college student and 600rs is a lot to lose. I need my money back.
If somebody with a similar situation knows a way please let me...

Name of the company is also called care wearable and the shadawfax update says it's named innerella.
The company does not sent out an order confirmation. So it was assumed that the order was cancelled. Only when the courier reached my doorstep was i made aware that this order was sent.
The product is not the same as show. The material is not same as shown.
It is such an inferior quality it seems like someone has sent this product to us rathen than throw it away.
Don't show things that you can't afford to send. Do not mislead.
I am not sure how i can return this product and get a refund.

I have ordered 6 set of bra from dealswap store website. The product got delivered but it in very bad quality.
The website doesn't have any return request section not even any customer care service.

I had ordered a set of bras from this website as it showed refund policy n cod . The products which i received were completely different from what it showed and the quality also was very bad . And now we can only contact through email which says that they will reply with in 24 hours and they haven't yet replied . Please do something against the website . I want my refund at my cost .
