I have booked unnicon 3+2 sofa in trade Center @ 2109 nov, the same got delivered in 2020 Jan, sofa delivered with unfinished quality but we haven’t raised any complaint against but few months after sofa skin got whole in top places I have contact service people more then 100 times but no response I have visited Velachery branch but nobody responded properly!!! I have been contacting Kanna, prabha & mahindar they are not at all responding!!! With in the year skin got damaged which I can’t accept!!! If my problems not solved coming days will bring my sofa and burn front of show room!! Sorry to say this but rather throwing out wanted to your service people to teach lessons!!!

The office table I ordered is made of poor quality and not made as how it was accepted when I ordered. Very poor in listeing to what I say and now totally wasted.
Never give any order to make a customised product

I have bought a mattress from them. King size 8inches thickness. The salesman said it was memory foam.in two months the sides of the mattress gave up. They were good enough to replace it, but the second one also gave up in 4months. After trying for almost a month one gentleman responded saying i could get it replaced with the same brand of matters or some other and i should visit the store. So i go to the store choose another mattress, and he says he will tell me how much i have to. Pay as the other is cheaper than this so i say ok. He comes back and says the manager is not agreeing. Now i'm stuck with a broken mattress or to take the same brand which is defective. It is a deccan mattress. No good. Very bad quality.

I had booked a teak cot in the expo in nandambakkam, chennai and the sales person - shivakumar (Such a bad attitude person and rude and worthless person) and the owner had promised me that their product is worth 30k and promised that the supporting rods in the center of the cot will be made of teak. We got delivery yesterday and found that teak was not used and normal wood was used as supporting rods, which raises the question, if the supporting reaper would be normal wood why the sales person did not say us this earlier and cheated us by saying teak wood.

When i called the sales person so called shivakumar, to ask about this, he instead asks me will a cot worth 30k use teak wood reaper. And he spoke me very bad with words and used unparliamentary languages in the call when i asked him normally and i am very much upset by the behavior of the seller about this.

Once the good are sold and advance is collected they never treat you well and a very rude and worst behavior is expected from deecan.

You can never track the owner (Stressing this point mainly) who spoke very good during sales and nobody will give you his contact number.

Sir, i booked a magic king size cot at chennai trade centre from big win import and export by paying rs.5500 as advance on 29-9-18. The cot was delevered after paying the balance amount of rs 22000/- through deccan furnitures of kattupakkam porur, branch showroom.. Since the cot is giving so much noise when ever i move on the bed. I brought this issue tothe companyin person. But inspite of so many complaints, they didnot bother to rectify or return my money which they promised. Please see that my issue is solved at the earliest.

I hava bought a reclainer sofa set deccan furniture kattupakam thru their stall at trade center chennai. I have a warenty of 5 years, but my sofa is damaged in less than 1 year. When i contacted the deccan furniture they are saying that they will do the servicing but they will not do anything. And when i call them again they are not responding to my call. I have been complaining them from two months, but there is no response.

Vide order no. B131 dated 10/9/17, we have booked for ward robes for our new house at velu street, west mambalam and we have got dispatched the same to our house on 5/11/17 as per our request. Here, we would like to inform that on installation of the same, we found that the pieces were defective and we have informed immediately on installation about the same to replace our ward robes. Till date, they are not taking any action for doing the same. We would like to return the wardrobes supplied by them. It is a very worst experience.

We order for cot and mattress in DECCAN FURNITURE, at Chennai trade center...0n july 1st 2016 but still now i didnt get delivery its alsomt more than month...if i contact that no also no proper response...each time when i call they giving some other no...if i call that no again they will give some other no its goes on like this...sometime they responding that too giving some chilly reasons... there is an level to test the patience of customer ... the extreme way to test the customer patience is when try reaching them, the given no is switch off ...not only one no, all 3 no are switch off, its very difficult to reach them...they will just keep on telling u will, that u will get delivery by this week n postponing next week it goes on like this...kind request to Chennai trade center pls don't allow this type of dealers, really they spoiling Chennai trade center name...people wont come again ...my best advice is don't go for DECCAN FURNITURE in any case, they wont deliver ur product even after a months...

We ordered 3 seater sofa from deccan furniture, Kattupakkam thru their stall at the Chennai Trade Centre, by the end of january at their CTC sale. Though we had paid an advance of rs.5000 and delivery was promised within 4- 8 working days, we have not received any such product, even though it has been more than a month. We tried to contact their shop landline no. and several mobile no's with no proper response. We have always spoken to one mr. sugan at his mobile no.[protected]. He would initially say that it would take 4 more days for 5-6 times and reduced it to 2 days for 5-6 times. Then he quoted some Bhai's name and said that the sofa is ready and it would be delivered by today. He said the same thing for a number of days and today (07/03/16) he has said that the sofa will be delivered by 10/03/16, positively. How far can I trust his word? We feel very sad that the said company is taking us for a ride. MY BILL NO. IS 343. If they are not able to deliver the product, I request you to refund my advance amt immediately.

Please dont buy any product in deccan furniture.its utter waste.quality is very worst and responsing to customer is also very poor.my kind advice

Last year January (2009) i bought a 3+2 sofa from Chromepet Deccan furniture. There was no price reduction, with the statement, our products are the best and we provide you 5 years warranty and free repairs as required.

Within 2 months of purchase, the Foam of the 3 seater gave up and sunk in and the wooden piece in the bottom was felt. After the complaint call, the company took its own sweat time to come and fetch the furniture...
