We purchased a dolphin set cot from deccan furniture at exhibition on july 2016 and the quality is very worst. We bought it for 80000, and it got damaged twice and they are not even ready to care about our complaints or service. While selling at exhibition they will give you all assurance about the quality and service. But after that they don't bother about customer. Please don't buy any products from them.

Sofa ordered on 9th sep. They did not even start making the sofa till 15 days. Afterwards i went to there shop and got two contact numbers. It was suman and sekar, till date i didn't receive any proper response.
Now i have one more number given by them. It's the same again. I feel like am being cheated.

Actually booked cot, triple door cupboard, matteress two months back. Asked them to ship to Bangalore on 4 Th Nov .
Regarding this I m keep talking to me . Naren .. Even 4 Th afternoon also spoke to him he said tonight v I'll shift (4 Th ) things will reach 5 Th afternoon but didn't ship it . Then I called him today even 6 pm on wards but he didn't pick up the phone . Called to shop no she is also said can't able to contact naren....

We have ordered a sofa cum bed in Deccan furniture at the furniture mart held at chennai trade center on 12th August.
the total cost of the sofa is 30000 and we paid advance of amount 5000 and they promised that they will come for the measurement on monday and goods will be delivered within 10 days of the ordered date.
When i call them first time, there is no humbleness treating the customer. The person who picked the call is very rude with his word. I called him to check when they are coming for measurement. but he dint give us any confirmation on tat.
We tried calling him and next day for one week. the number was barrred and other two number given in this were not picking.

UTTER liars and waste company.
