I am Harish Vedwal from Delhi and facing the same issue i had booked 2 plots 200 & 120 sqyd in omega city, kotputli, rajasthan.but these frauds neither gave me the possession of plot nor returned the hard earned money with agreed conditions. Now cases already filed against them but still waiting for the final decision. Even Avinash Jawa gets bail and looks free from this.

I and my few friends had booked a 160 sq yard plot in OMEGA CITY at Behror Kotplutli(Raj) in 2011 with an agreement of assured return @ 12% p.a. for two years. I have been trying to contact the person who had marketed us to book the project, but no one is picking the call or no information is received for the same. I and my friends intend to file an FIR for the same. I would appreciate if any one can join us....
